Tokyo Hibachi & Sushi

Great hibachi experience. We were all very entertained and all the food was well prepared. Steak and scallops hit the spot. My wife had the vegetable tempura which had a huge serving size. Sake squirt shots were enjoyed all around as well. Sushi to start was also good and maybe a bit too much food if you don't split/share the rolls.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday and that's the only day they don't offer a lunch menu. Dinner prices are quite pricey. Ordered the bento box with teriyaki chicken. Portions were big and the variety of items were great. Taste of the miso soup was excellent and I liked that the salad dressing was yum yum sauce rather than that tangy ginger one most other Japanese places have. The teriyaki sauce was too corn starchy and bland. The tempura veggies should have been cut a little smaller. They were HUGE. The rice was good but everything lacked a bit of flavor. Would be interested to try their hibachi dishes next. Service was friendly and quick.

Food was decent. There is too much sauce on stuff. I prefer my scallops/shrimp without the teriyaki type sauce they put on it Service was fair. People weren't overly friendly Ambiance was good. It was a nice evening, just not the best

I ordered carry out and the service was so quick, and the sashimi was super fresh. The sushi rice was well seasoned, and the miso soup was very good. I felt like I got a lot of food for how much I paid. Next time will have to dine in!

Hibachi and sushi was very good. Stopped in around lunch time and wasn't super busy. We enjoyed our experience and our chef. We'll be back again!

This is my and my daughter's favorite place to go!! Love the service here and the food is amazing! Definitely go for hibachi because the show is so fun. And what is nice is it's not overly priced for hibachi food.

Nice restaurant. Delicious food, entertaining hibachi chef & decent prices. My family of 5 came to Tokyo Hibachi on a Tuesday evening. (We had planned to go elsewhere but they were closed on Tuesdays). We made reservations in advance & came in on time. For some reason, the table wasn't set up yet, but it only took about 5 minutes. It took a while to get our salad & soups. We thought at least one of these would come soon after we placed our orders. But it seemed like it took about 10-15 minutes to get the salads & soups. They were both yummy. The salad is iceberg lettuce with a cucumber & tomato slice all covered in a cool ginger dressing. The soup is a simple onion soup with a a sliver or 2 of mushrooms. It also took a while for the chef to get to our hibachi table. I suspect he might have been the only hibachi chef that night. There were 3 hibachi tables and we never saw more than one table served at a time. The chef was quite skilled with the theatrics (egg spinning, spatula tossing, flaming onion etc)We ordered hibachi dinners with combinations of filet mignon, chicken, shrimp, lobster and salmon. The dinners came with fried rice or noodles or white rice. (Notable: other hibachi places we've been to include both rice and noodles) The fried rice was excellent! All of the meats were cooked to perfection, the veggies were a little overcooked but still good. Portions were good, but a little smaller than at other hibachi places I've been to. Service was friendly but a little slow. As noted before, it took a while to get seated (despite booking reservations) it took 10-15 minutes to get the salad &'soup. Later on, we waited and waited for a server to pass by so we could request a plastic bag. Oh, another thing: for birthdays, they beat a drum, sing the Birthday song & give out inflatable animal hats - that was a nice touch!The restaurant is in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking. Overall this was a good experience for our family.

Stopped in for lunch in between shopping. Nice joint for hibachi and decent sushi. My daughter had steak hibachi lunch portion, and I the Thai Spicy Roll. It was nice they run the lunch specials Monday-Saturday until 3.

Service was good but sushi was notPlus there was something in the air that got us congested maybe burnt oil?

Great sushi and hibachi!! FAST hibachi service! (It's nice to not have to spend 2.5 hours at a dinner). Staff is so very nice, and food is tasty and reasonably priced! We've eaten there many times in past 10 years, and still enjoy each meal.
