Amazing selection of breads and meats and beer and wine. I could move into this places for a few weeks and have the time of my life! Great team and owners also, been going here for about 8 years now!

These stars do not reflect the food or the care they put into the making of said food, this is all about the treatment I receive when going there in person. These are some of the most dismissive & rude white children I've ever encountered. I stood inside once for about 5-6mins, when all I wanted was a new carryout menu, & was still overlooked when I stood right at the register. I understand where the sandwich line starts but waited for another customer to finish being rung up so I could ask for a menu right after they were done... also, this is where the menus are kept so I tried to make it convenient. As colorful as Lakewood is, there are still some that will give preferential treatment & that's highly disappointing. I don't even want their food anymore, fuck how good it is, people deserve to be treated better ON A REGULAR BASIS.

They throw together solid sandwiches and they do it fast and friendly. I can't speak to their entire menu (yet), but the poorman's submarine hit that spot for me. And don't sleep on the garlic Bologna, just be warned you will be thirsty afterwards.Also not just sandwiches here, they do a variety of sausage, steaks, chicken, pork for your next cookout, not to mention roasts for any upcoming holiday meals.

TJs everything is awesome. Please come give them your business this is a favorite to spend my money. I love the meat sandwiches Service. It has wine soda a nice deli very clean ... TJ's is one of the best places to shop at in Lakewood quality meat ...

TJ's Is one of the best kept LOCALLY OWNED sandwich shops just west of Cleveland. Located on Detroit rd just before you enter Downtown Lakewood, TJ's sits on the south side of the street. TJ values their time-tested motto of only supplying the best meats, and freshest cuts to Lakewoodites. The hometown eatery brings some of the best sandwiches at a low-cost which is why I come here often. I usually end up buying dinner too!!! Eat local Ohio, and more importantly Lakewood, now I'd suggest calling and ordering beforehand, and they'll take care of you! Sandwich Menu attached, I'll work on finding a better screen of both.

TJ's Butcher Block & Deli is my favorite deli in Lakewood.My hubby and I stopped in after reading the Yelp reviews and getting recommendations from locals. We were super glad we did. I ordered a turkey sandwich and my husband ordered something with a bunch of different deli meat. We both really liked our sandwiches and the price was very reasonable.I really like the old school deli feel and the friendly staff. Looking forward to our next visit to TJ's Butcher Block & Deli. Sandwiches are great. Go there when I'm in the area. Better than any sub shop. Lots of choices with cute names. Made right in front of you after you order. Enjoy
