This place just opened in July 2020. We found this place a few weeks before we were going to head to Gervasi Vineyards. We stopped and just some tips it's out there, but what winery isn't.When you arrive, they have a sign that says open. You don't know what is opened. A sign out front would be helpful. However we recognized the barn from the Facebook account. The owners were very nice and easy to talk to. I've learned that the owner started making wine in 2003. He got lots of experience before going big. He gets his grapes from Ohio and New York. He is growing estate grapes as you enter the facility. They have two dry wines. Shiraz, which I didn't taste any oak. Tasted like it was made in a steel fermentation unit. The Sauvignon Blanc is dry and tasted good. Butt Head - Elderberry is a semi sweet and our favorite. We tried some of the cider as well. The ciders were fine. But the Niagara and Elderberry was my favorites.Masks required, no food required but welcome to bring in. Great place, we will be back annually.
