The food is consistently great, the prices are reasonable, and the menu offers a huge variety of options. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you can't go wrong here. How unfortunate that this restaurant has gone downhill the last couple years. Use to have great food but now it's not even mediocre. I've tried their food several times recently again and I'm disappointed. rubbery pancakes, hash browns taste old. whatever they have changed wasn't for the better. 43 dollars for a breakfast that was gross.

I am so disappointed in this restaurant. For the second day in a row I have had a very negative experience at this establishment.Yesterday, I decided to visit alone for lunch. I sat patiently as I watched everyone else around me be attended to by the wait staff for over 10 minutes. I eventually left.Today, my wife convinced me to return and believed that I would have a better experience. We did not. No one visited our table to even ask our drink order. We sat and watched people who came after us being served and we just sat there. I was so disappointed we left again and are now at Applebees.I am not sure why we were refused service, but no one else in the restaurant looked like us.

We visited Stow on business the month of May. Our local friends told us about Tip Top...we waited until our last 2 weeks to visit and ended up enjoying the food and service 8 out of the next 14 days. Everything we ordered was good. The breakfasts were GREAT!!! The homemade chips were delicious!!!!!! The service was outstanding...The Monday we left Stow; we met our friends at Tip Top. Great memories! Can't wait to visit again.

The food here is always good! Even when the place is full you can still get what it is that you ordered at a reasonable pace! Also the place is close to a nearby park in Stow. You can see outside the place while you eat so the atmosphere is great there. TIP Top has been a round for a really long time and it is just the best small restraunt in stow.
