The Still House at Gervasi Vineyard

Very cool part of Gervasi. We initially went for coffee but tried a couple cocktails and some house made spirits as well. The branded pink peppercorn gin was my favorite. We also tried two bourbons, which were fairly smooth and also tasted good in Gervasi's modified version of a smoked old fashioned. The ambiance is quite inviting and the service is friendly and efficient. We sat outside on the patio which was very peaceful and enjoyable. Oh and the coffee was great too. I'll be returning here again.

This is a great spot to meet friends or family for cocktails and light bites. Seat yourself and a mixologist will be with you shortly. You can either scan the QR code or take a gander at the menu lists located on each table . The drinks are refreshing, tasty and different . Ordered a lovers cocktail for two- split it with my momma! Perfect amount for each of us. Sweet and refreshing. My dad ordered a Smokey cocktail. I believe it had burbon in it. He said it was very smooth and he loved it. We enjoyed the brisket sliders; quiche; shrimp tacos; . The lamb meatballs were okay ; would of been better if they were at least warm; sadly they were cold ... which made them difficult to eat.

My husband and I went with a another couple to do a tour and then have drinks and food at the Still House. We grabbed a drink before our tour and were a little worried at how it started off- it took at least 15 minutes to get our cocktails after we ordered and the bar was by no means busy. After the tour, we sat outside. The property is beautiful, the inside and the outside of the Still House is truly stunning. It was really pleasant to sit outside and eat and drink. It's a very casual vibe- lots of comfy chairs with tables where you can sit and enjoy your food and drinks. Our server was incredibly friendly. We literally ordered all of the tasteful temptations with the exception of two. Our server said that had never been done before and that they were "rooting for us." Hahaha!As far as the apps went- the lamb meatballs and the dip trio were just okay- wouldn't order them again. The meatballs were very dense and while the chips with the dip trio were good, the dips themselves weren't the best. Both of the tacos, the short rib sliders, the warm pretzel, the bacon wrapped dates were all very good. Also the pulled pork nachos and the pasta chips were fantastic as well. We also got 4 of the 5 desserts- they were out of the trifle. The cookies were great, the cheesecake was good, the tiramisu was excellent- it was a cake instead of lady fingers and was actually really good. The cannoli was not good- I'm guessing that the filling was made incorrectly as it was not sweet at all. The filling literally tasted like mascarpone cheese, like they totally forgot the sugar. We all four got the bourbon flights and picked Gervasi spirits. The maple bourbon was all of our favorites. We also got the wine barrel bourbon, rum barrel bourbon, and coffee liquor. They were all good, but the maple bourbon was definitely the winner. Great price for the flight too. All in all, it was a ton of fun and a great experience. Nice atmosphere, food and service was fast. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely love it here! The inside is cozy and quaint, and the outside patio is lovely. The food here is minimal but delicious with rotating seasonal items, and the staff is always welcoming. I have never had a bad experience, and it's our favorite way to spend a Saturday morning, especially in the fall

I'll start by saying I'd give it 4.5 stars if I were able to. The building itself and the atmosphere inside are beautiful. Our server was great as well. We went to get something to eat, but this is more of a place to meet and have drinks and talk and relax. That said, I did have the pulled pork tacos and my wife had pulled pork dip. Both were really good. It's not really set up for eating. The booths only really accommodate two people and there were four of us and we had to sit in the chairs in the middle of the room. We made it work, but next time for a meal we will stick with the Bistro or the Crush House. I'd come back, but just for a drink and the live music.

Classy, upscale, casual place to have a few bites to eat and drinks. A great live band appeared Saturday night. The Greek flatbread is very good. There's a beautiful outdoor seating area. I would definitely recommend going here with a date. Everything is gorgeous.

The French Press was great bold flavor and enough for 2 ish cups. The atmosphere was fantastic - pretty busy even on a weekday morning!

We put our name on the reservation list for Crush House then headed over to Still House for a wine flight and a cheeky app. Loved the vibe- we were lucky enough to snag a booth, but all the options from high tops to lounge looked comfortable and trendy. I 100% recommend the chips and dip trio- it was the perfect crunch to accompany our sip. I went for the zin, Malbec and cab sav. Don't make me choose my favorite- they were all delicious!Service was impeccable and fast (when our table at crush house became available our host was more than hospitable in getting us out in a timely manner.) Great menu options too!

My Husband and I had ANOTHER great time at the Still House. Mike and his Fireball was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Still House you MUST put this masterpiece on your menu! Mike's Fireball was so smooth, spicy, and "billowy". Such awesomeness! Ray once again was an outstanding wealth of knowledge.We travel from Cleveland and the experience thus far has been well worth it!

Visited the Still House for a drink and breakfast recently. For the drink, I requested a smoked bourbon. The drink was very tasty and satisfying. The bourbon that they make is strong and has a good flavor. The way they serve the drink makes it even better. The staff was friendly and the service was good. We visited again the following morning for breakfast. I requested some quiche and a cinnamon bun with orange juice. My breakfast was peaceful and delicious. I really like this place.
