Sacred Vortex is new to Cleveland (but not new to greater Cleveland) and it's bigger and better than ever. The vibe of this place and the community it gathers simply fill this place with peace and healing. Servers are kindhearted and welcome questions from newcomers and seasoned kava sippers alike. Dogs also frequent the space. Definitely a good place to check out if you deal with any sort of pain, mental &/or physical.

The vibe is nice and chill. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the community is fantastic and welcoming. The kava tenders are very informative and attentive. This is a great place to either come and relax, work remotely or enjoy karaoke and open mic night. Love the kava and botanicals. They also have snacks available for purchase.

Been here quite a few times the atmosphere is like a living room. A friendly inviting atmosphere. The day time tends to be quiet and a chill place to do work or relax. The evening tends to have more lively with music and change of atmosphere. Overall the drinks can be made exactly to preference or they have specific menu items. The bar tenders seem pretty knowledgeable and the owner seems to be there a lot for further clarification. They serve Kava and herbal drinks hot cold and kombucha. I love that there's a space that is outdoors too so I look forward to utilizing that in the nicer weather. The one downfall is there's no food.

Excited to try a new kava place, but this was a miss for me. Inattentive service. Stood while waiting to place our order, and instead watched as the employee chatted to another couple and meandered over to another person who had already ordered something previously before coming to us. Did not give additional explanation or information on the menu ordering. The drinks themselves were far too sweet, but good on masking the bitter kava taste if that was the intent. My drink had agave in it, and instead of feeling uplifted and refreshed like the kava menu indicated, I felt quite the opposite. Interested in giving it another chance, but wish the menu was more clear. Fruit flies or gnats were also common.
