I have been to this restaurant in the past and have recommended it both to Yelp and to many of my friends. Last night, a group of ladies that I belong to called "The Cooks Group", dined at this establishment. It must have been an off night. We had reservations and didn't have to wait long to long. However, I ordered the Ravioli and shrimp, and most of the group followed suit. We had to wait quite a while for our food to be delivered to the table. I had already finishing my second glass of water before our food came to the table. My food was cold but was overcooked. My meal consisted of 3 pieces of ravioli and 4 shrimp. This was not enough for me as an entire and I thought $22 was too much to pay to leave hungry. In defense of the wait staff and management I did not complain. It was the birthday of a group member and I didn't want to put a damper on the evening. I was embarrassed that I recommend this restaurant so highly to this group. I will come back again as this was my first disappointment and believe everyone can have an off night. Also, to be fair, not everyone in the group was disappointed.

Ordered a martini which was served in a mini martini glass but cost$10.00. I also ordered a $20.00 salmon salad which had a sliver of salmon. Very disappointed.

My wife and I had lunch at the Pavilion restaurant today September 5 of 2024. We like the food at the at the grill. However, it is expensive, Some of the sides are a little bit on the small side and they're pricey also.

Cute place and maybe the food was good but we left before ordering. The wait staff just seemed overwhelmed and not very friendly, so we left.

1 1/2 hours waiting for food at lunch in unacceptable! Plus the salmon on my salad was so overcooked that it was inedible. In fact, I'm not even sure it was salmon! My dog did enjoy it however. I won't return nor will my four friends who were with me.

Every once in a while I get a meal that just blows me away. That happened tonight at Pavilion Grill. We've had good food there before - the steak salad sets a really high bar. The bar is always reliable. The service can't be beat. But tonight - wow! Pork Veloute, a new menu item. One of the best meals I've had in years! Every part of the dish was prepared perfectly - at a 6 table place in Vermilion. This is some high end cooking to be sure. Recommend!

First, small but inviting restaurant. Portions are very generous. For lunch ordered the soft pretzel with beer cheese to start then the Southwest wrap and cheese steak. Both sandwiches prepared perfectly and seasoning was spot on. Fries were a little soggy, but flavor was there. Had enough to take home for a second meal. The pretzel had a great crust and very soft on the inside; beer cheese was good.

This wonderful little gem is excellent. The food is amazing, the atmosphere quaint, service impeccable. We ordered the pork belly cutlet with fried grit cake. It was a new dish on the menu and we ate every bite. My husband ordered his with the mustard cream sauce I had mine on the side. It was quite delicious. We spoke with our waitress about this dish after cleaning our plates, and she told us how the chef really likes to creative with his cooking. Which is something I love. The prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend this little gem for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed. P.S. I asked our waitress to pass along my suggestion that eggs Benedict would be delicious on the grit cake.

Used to be a great place but has gone downhill. Went with family and friends after a long day at cedar point. The waitress made several mistakes and the burgers were big time raw and took 45 min to remake with nobody in the restaurant. They did take them off the bill as they should've. Probably won't rush back.
