My wife and I had our anniversary dinner at the Palazzo tonight. The food was excellent (Salmon special for my wife, and the pork chop for me), and our server, Michelle, was very personable, attentive and accommodating.The owner/chef Rafael, stopped by our table to ask how or meal was and we gave him high marks on his cooking and his restaurant! We''re putting Palazzo in our return visit rotation!On our way out we looked at the partially enclosed patio area in front. It's very well appointed, with heaters for the cooler weather. We'll give that a try on our next visit!

The food was excellent, as was the service! They let us bring our own wines and we each brought an excellent bottle (they charge a corking fee). Server was very attentive and ambiance was wonderful!

Our party of four had a wonderful experience at The Palazzo. It's my 3rd time here and it's always been great. The staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job serving us. APP selection was difficult but a must-try is the Sacchetti. The eggplant was also delicious. For meals we tried the specials although several menu items were very appealing. The four cheese ravioli with lobster and shrimp was fabulous. The ravioli may be some of the best I've had. The short rib was also very good but it's not the best I've had here. I think the ossobucco was better. This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely patio date night at Palazzo a couple of weeks ago. We sat on the relaxing patio and enjoyed the ambiance. It wasn't super quiet but the sound of people enjoying themselves was blissfully all that we had to listen with no need for loud music. The service was wonderful. They sat us promptly at our reservation time and our server clearly had lots of knowledge of the menu and food. We shared everything including a basket of bread I forgot to photograph. The burrata salad was on special and definitely a great try. We also loved our bolognese and chocolate mousse dessert. Looking forward to going back soon.

Best italian food in Cleveland, everything was perfecto, food,family atmosphere, music , service, I enjoyed very much coming here,5 star and plus , I be back again

Brought my parents here yesterday when they were in town as they love Italian food and it, again, did not disappoint. Everyone was as impressed by the sachetti as I was the first time I had it so we ordered two appetizers because it was too delicious not to. The mussels were delicious and cooked to perfection and they give you so many I'm not kidding it's probably 4x what I have received when I ordered mussels at any other restaurant. The seafood pescatori had so much seafood I was in awe - I can't believe how generous the portions are. My husband said his porkchop was the best he's ever had and didn't even want to share - I muscled it out of him haha. The server was amazing and thoughtful, suggesting to us what made sense for sharing and as always the restaurant was decorated cleanly and beautifully. Becoming my favorite Italian restaurant in Cleveland quickly!

our larger table enjoyed every course... I especially liked the arugula salad and veal tortellini. The Shrimp cocktail was impressive. Every dish was a winner. Nice old school, well done italian, but not stuffy. Classy place with very good service. I paid twice as much recently for a similar meal, however I enjoyed my experience at Palazzo twice as much. Low noise level. Perfect lighting. Bathrooms are downstairs however if that's an issue.

Amazing! A hidden gem with delicious food with fantastic service. Comparable to any place in Little Italy!

I cannot say enough about Palazzo!!! Whether it is dine in or ordered to go, we have never had a bad experience here. Wait staff is amazing and the owner is one of the nicest people I've met! Lobster cooked beautifully, steaks cooked to perfection, the pasta was so flavorful and the salads were perfect. It's a quiet little spot but once you find it, you will be back!! Definite must do for our family!
