Big, messy and tasty. Had to get the OG cheesesteak. I made the right choice. But if you don't get the cheese whiz, may as well not even get it.Heaping order of fries, Cajun spices to perfection.

My mouth is still watering from eating here. The best cheesesteak I ever had. I got the original steak and it was cooked to perfection. Something this place does differently is they mix the cheese in the steak, which I think makes it taste better. The homemade tots were my favorite!!! Seriously you must try. They have cheese cooked in them as well. Honestly, it kind of tasted similarly to a fried Mac n cheese bite.

The Original Steak and Hoagies started out in Twinsburg by a guy named Billy from Philly. The business has expanded out west. These are the best and closest thing to a traditional Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. I recommend the normal cheesesteak sandwich with Cheez Wiz and peppers. I love Mr. Hero and the Roman Burger, absolutely do not eat a Hot Buttered Cheesesteak when this place exists.

I am disappointed in myself and in this visit. The Cleveland location on Grayton Road, opening day, provided such an amazing experience that the Westpark did not manage to meet. I ordered sandwiches for my boys and I and I WILL categorically state the cheesesteaks were fantastic. The chain as a whole, so far, continues to deliver on quality with its hot steak sandwiches. My problem came with ordering my youngest son a hoagie, simple game, and cheese, lettuce, and mayo. There was almost no meat, no cheese. Scarse is being generous. I am disappointed I did not take a photo to show it. My son, ever a lover of hoagies, was not really put off by this experience at all. He got meat. He got cheese. He got Lettuce and of course, he got his mayo. I am disappointed because there was just so little actual quality or value for the price. I paid the same amount for his small hoagie as I did for my other sons' small cheesesteak (which was abundant). So... GREAT Ohioan cheesesteak made in the Philadelphian style... horrible hoagie.I will give this location another try at some point but you better believe I will open the sandwich there on the spot to check it.

I went in a couple of months ago when this place had more stars. So, my hopes were high. Unfortunately, they were quickly dashed. I really wanted to try the fried pickles but the breading was incredibly salty on top of the pickle being salty so they really weren't very enjoyable. The classic cheesesteak was fairly bland. The service was really friendly and the restaurant is very clean but the food is probably not something I would return for or recommend.

Big fan of this place and it's staff. Was glad they finally opened one closer to me (in Lakewood). Came here opening day and met the owner who remembers me to this day. They have a rewards punch card which is also a perk. I think one of the cooks names is Rusty...really nice guy and knows how to cook a great cheesesteak So I can say my favorite HOT cheesesteak is The Ultimate (Lettuce, tomato, oregano, oil and vinegar, mayo, salami, onions, white American cheese) Cold sub is definitely the South PhillyItalian peppered ham, genoa salami, hot capicola, provolone.Shout out to the Hangover cheesesteak. I recommend trying all of them Open until 9pm during the week. 10pm Friday and Saturday. I think they close a little earlier Sundays.

Philly cheesesteak craving?? Here's the place in West Park of Cleveland, 10-15 minutes from downtown off 90 freeway, Warren Rd. Straight from Philly, the owners of the franchise yearned for a place that brings authentic flavor to the Midwest. We both got the Original. Delicious! They offer Tots, salads, other options. We are coming back tomorrow for our flight food going back to Cali! The service was excellent and employees awesome. They explained how long the regular was - about 7 inches, and large is around 10-11 inches. The woman recommended the loaded tots - homemade and deep fried. We got the Buffalo tots and they were spicy good. Drinks: bottled water, cans of soda. The bread is light and slightly chewy, like a perfect pizza dough--it squished when you eat it. Not excessive bread in nature. Meat is well-thinned and sliced, peppers excellent, onions cooked just pearly, and whiz melts into the meat, no questions asked. Ambience: casual. Seating: 2-person table, 4-person table, and window bar seating. I'll add the menu photos shortly. There's a QR code for the menu also. Thumbs up!!

Tasted as close to a Philly Cheesesteak as possible outside of Philly. Service was quick and served piping hot. The place definitely feels like a Philly hoagie shop, good place to feel like home away from home for a taste of home.

It is what it is. We have been there multiple times and the cheesesteaks are solid. The loaded tots are good. The chicken teriyaki sammy was pretty bland, wouldn't order again. The spousal unit got some Italian meat sub and said it was alright. The service is kinda lacking. I am not expecting fine dining but when you are told they won't answer the phone if they are busy and ordering online, even if you are picking up as a human and not door dash adds a charge , it is frustrating. My kid doesn't eat bread and I asked for extra meat , just on the side (& extra meat is a menu option)and was told no. I then told my kid I guess you can't eat anything here and the cashier didn't even blink. I sent him next door for a blizzard at DQ. He may have had a better dinner as I had the sad chicken teriyaki sammy on that night. There are tables to dine in if you want, but it it seems like a to go place. Cost is reasonable. If you aren't a glutton, you may be able to split a large sandwich between two folks.

This was my 5th visit since their opening. Very different from the previous 4. Ordered online. Picked up in store. Arrived at the time that I was told. Sandwiches hardly had cheesesteak and what was there was cold and stuck to the paper. Ordered loaded tots, was supposed to be filled with bacon and cheese and come with a side of dipping sauce. They weren't loaded, just plain and no sauce. Place looked closed due to "dim lights", no one in the store except the 2 employees that were engaged with the TV.
