My first time in this establishment. The staff was very friendly and kind. I know the one place in Philadelphia that does cheesesteaks right do I stopped looking for cheesesteaks elsewhere. But I prefer the chicken cheesesteak anyway, and this place nailed it! Provolone, chicken, sweet and hot peppers, mushroom, onions, perfect. They even have a lunch special, I place to return at least once more during my time in Medina.

Steak sandwiches were nothing like Philly cheesesteaks. Did they even travel to Philadelphia to try one before proclaiming that. It's more like loose meat sandwiches. Fries were ok. And the staff seem friendly, but won't try the cheesesteaks again.

I come to this location a lot, every time I come in I'm greeted and that's so hard to find anymore. The staff is always so good to me, and my food is always cooked to perfection. I always get my Phillies with some extra cheese whiz and then those homemade tator tots omg who wouldn't drool over those. I recommend this place to everyone i know!

Stopped by the OS&H recently and had an ultimate sandwich. It took a while to make, but it was worth the wait. I ordered it with the recommended toppings. The sandwich was hot and delicious. I should've added some spicy peppers, but since this was my first time tasting the sandwich, I wanted to taste it in its native form.I love this sub shop. They're the closest thing Cleveland has to authentic Philly cheesesteaks. To be honest, their sandwiches are better than some of the cheese steak shops in Philly, which is kind of sad.

I love Medina Steak and Hoagie. Yesterday I went to Johnny Malloy's for the Browns game and got a cheesesteak...and after having the cheesesteaks at Original Steak and Hoagie it was absolutely NO COMPARISON Original Steak and Hoagie HANDS DOWN. It wasnt even close. The cheesesteaks at Johnny Malloy's was skimpy compared to Original Steak and Hoagie And cheesy? So much cheese. And it's so deliciously stuck to the paper. For your money, go to the better place who makes cheesesteaks for a living Original Steak and Hoagie

We stopped in tonight after the Ice festival to grab dinner to go. This place was very busy with people dining in & an abundance of to go orders & phone ringing off the hook. There were just two workers a lady & gentleman and kudos to them! They were killing it! They were clearly slammed with orders & yet maintained a positive friendly welcoming attitude. I just hope the owner knows just how hard these two were working & they were clearly exhausted as well. We ordered an Original & Steak & cheese with 1 order of fries . Thank you so much for our dinner it was excellent!!
