Good food , good service.Will take grandsons sometime for a root beer float!Need to show they are open. Looks like a bar instead of a restaurant-turnoff for families

We were impressed by Wing Night Wednesday! We also loved the Aurora French Dip & Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese Soup so much we are going back tonight! Service was good & atmosphere is cute, kinda rustic & a little loud but they were playing good music! The food made it worthwhile!

The salad dressing, white French, was everything! I enjoyed it so much! Great customer service too. I forgot my credit card and it was safe there. Great food, great fun.

We had the option to go to one of our "staple" places or try out something new for lunch. We ended-up at the Mason Jar for the first-time. We were here for a Thursday Lunch, a bit early at 11:30am, just in time to beat the rush (we were the only ones there, till about 12pm and another 3 groups showed up). From a feel stand-point, looks to have a great potential for a "hang-out" place. It's spacious, descent sound system, dimmed lighting, a lot of what I would want out of a meet-up spot.Our experience was okay (at-best) the server was nice and very friendly. She was responsive and suggested items on the menu. I got the Corned Beef Reuben and the wife got the J&J. We both agreed that the fries were the best part on our plates. The J&J chicken was a bit dry and lacked a flavor. The buns were a bit dense and may have benefitted from being heated-up. My Reuben was okay, could have used more corned beef, compared to Station 43 or Chicago Deli, at this price, should have been more. Our bill came to $40 and seeing that they charge $2.99 for fountain drink, maybe lemon water would have been sufficient. Will we be back? If somebody suggested to meet there, yes. On our own? Probably not. Not that it was bad, but just nothing special.

Enjoyable for what it is... a small bar/pub serving bar and pub type food. We ordered potato skins, sliders, and a Rueben... the sandwiches came with fries.The skins were very good. The sliders were a little over cooked, as were the fries.... They almost looked like they were left over fries which were re-used. The Rueben (I was told) was good but the bread looked burnt to me.Oh... and at the time we went they were out of Diet Coke... 3 stars because it was better than all the other places in that area.

Jambalaya Joy on your plate, YUM!!! The Mason Jar's Jambalaya is made with all the goodies, including jumbo shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage, rice, celery and spices supreme. It's just like I remember enjoying at the Mardi Gras in New Orleans, with the perfect balance of flavors and spices, and you better love spices! My wife loved her salmon.

This place is a hidden gem. We headed to Mason Jar from Round Up Camp Ground. We had a party of 7 and were seated quickly. Our waitress was the best. She was quick with the drinks and the food. I got a dirty martini and it was perfect. Vincie is a doll she was the only server on for the night due to a call off and she went above and beyond. Highly recommend, food was delicious and they have $10 gyros on Thursdays!

We enjoy this pub. The food is above typical pub food. For example I love seeing jambalaya as a regular menu item. Beer selection is good but not extensive. Appetizers are half off during happy hour. Very nice. We've gotten the onion rings twice and really enjoyed them. Favorite sandwich tried: BELT, bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato. Messy and delicious. Servers have been friendly and attentive.

They have one of the best burgers locally and fresh cut fries. Everything I've had has been good and the service has always been great! Highly recommend!

Decent food Poor service. My family has been dining her for years. No longer will I frequent. My special needs son had an incident with one of the employees husbands. If an establishment allows for this behavior I am no longer eating here. I mailed (return receipt request) the owner and got no response. I want to let the world know what behavior is permittied at The Mason Jar.
