First time customer. I'd never heard of this place but they came up in my Door Dash app. It sounded like what I was craving. I ordered the chicken & waffles. Took 33 minutes to get here. Let me tell you it was Fantastic! I can't rave enough. Tasted great! So so good!Only wish I'd gone there to experience the taste and the aroma fresh out of the kitchen.

Second trip there and both were amazing. All tasted fresh and great. Its not like your traditional breakfast spot. Liked the coffee very much as well. cook and lady taking orders are both friendly and very efficient..

First impression was deceiving. Upon first view (see pics) We thought this would be a great breakfast! Ordered banana french toast with side of bacon (asked for crispy as i loathe bacon that is cooked any other way) and a western omelet with tomato added. Pros: portions were huge; sauce on french toast was delicious Cons: bacon "looked" crispy but it was only that way on half. Most of it was undercooked with chewy texture and therefore was inedible. Asked for tomatoes in the omelet...see pic. That tiny thing was the only one included in the omelet. Sausage inside of omelet was still raw inside. INEDIBLE. It ended up being tossed. French toast was very bland and had no flavor on its own. I see why it needed the sauce. I wont get food from here again.

This little place is very cute! The food is made very well. The food is very filling, and has big portions for a good value. Kudos to Linda - she was a delight! Would recommend.

First time going to The Kitchen, because my wife and I wanted to try something different for brunch, and I am glad we did. The service was excellent, and the food was just great. I ordered the B.A.E. (Bacon, avocado, egg, tomato and cheddar cheese served on a bagel accompanied with potatoes.). The sandwich was really really good. The combination of flavors were something spectacular. My wife had the Triple Melt sandwich ( Ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss and Cheddar cheeses , grilled onion, tomato, and Mayo served on toast, served with chips. My wife just raved about the sandwich.I know it's crazy to rave about sandwiches, but they were that good.We will definitely be coming back.

Really yummy food and delightfully decorated! We are new to Mentor and found this convenient little restaurant. Perfect for a morning date with hubs. Highly recommend.

We much rather spend our money at local family owned businesses. We live pretty close and I recently read about this place so we had to give it a try. My husband had the Sausage Gravy Biscuit Breakfast. He said it was good. Crumbled sausage would have been better than cut up links and it was lacking just a bit in flavor. The biscuits were very good. I had the Bagel Cooks Sandwich. It has avocado, cream cheese, a hard cooked egg and sausage. It was really really tasty. The bald guy cooking was a hoot. Very welcoming and very friendly. We will for sure come back.

We were seated right away (that should have been a sign on a Sunday Morning). It took an hour to get our food. When we did it was cold. They seem to put a priority on the takeout/door dash customers instead of the ones seated in their restaurant. One guest got up and left also due to have waited 45 minutes with no food. Perhaps they should be either dine- in only or take out only. They do not seem to have the ability to do both. Unfortunate because the menu looks to have potential.

Nice people but not my fav sorry. The takeout is good and dining in seems nice but haven't tried. Kids like the pancakes and she said French toast is their specialty. I'm not a French toast person much these days. Veggie omelet last time which was a while ago was a bit greasy but otherwise good.

Good breakfast. Always recommend the French toast and the chocolate quinoa breakfast bowl.
