The Juicy Seafood - Mayfield Heights

So I pre ordered my food to be ready for pickup at 4:30. My fiancé called before picking it up and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When he got to the store, he was told that they never started making the food. Very unacceptable! Honestly, the Juicys in Beachwood is much better and faster. We shouldn't went there.

Ok experience at this new restaurant. The makeover from the prior place is awesome. Nice bar. Spacious seating options. We sat at the bar. Not a good smell and didn't seem real clean for a newer place. Our bartender was on his phone with ear piece most of the time he served us. Pleasant person just awkward trying to ask questions and order. We decided to scale down our food options to just a couple of fried baskets. The fried shrimp was excellent. Good size and juicy. Onion rings were good as well. I would not recommend the calamari. It's worth a visit if you are in the area. Maybe earlier in the day.

I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit to this location! I was in the area, and had a craving for seafood, and decided to stop in. I was warmly greeted at the hostess stand, and seated right away on a Saturday evening. My server for the evening, Niyla, approached shortly thereafter and proceeded to take my order. I ordered the fried shrimp basket, with sweet potato fries (slight upcharge), added a side salad and a glass of wine. The bartender delivered the wine, generous pour! Niyla returned with the salad, within just a few minutes. Huge portion for a side salad, fresh greens and extra dressing. The entree arrived mid-way through finishing my salad. The shrimp was plump, nicely seasoned and freshly cooked, on top of sweet potato waffle fries, yum. My dinner was tasty, the staff was attentive and this was an overall good experience. I would absolutely, return.

Delicious seafood platters at reasonable prices. Many options at the bar and friendly staff. I was skeptical when i walked into a mostly empty restaurant, but soon settled into the bar. The bartender was on it and supplied me with suggestions as well as nailed the drink. The seafood platter came out hot and bagged up like a proper broil, supplied with eating accessories like wet wipes, scissors, gloves, and a roll of paper towels. Food was amazing. Would of liked to see a more lively environment, but overall i was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my visit!

This place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. If you're into seafood boils, I highly recommend this place. The wait staff are so attentive and really make sure you have everything you need. Don't even get me started on their hush puppies. They're incredible. Nothing is left in the photo because it was so delicious! I'll be back, for sure!

I like this place. It's not fancy at all but it's very clean. Seafood boil for those that like this type of food. However it has a good selection of fried fish.. Catfish and Whiting. I chose the Whiting and it was excellent. The hot sauce is good. However the sides are so small unless you order a separate side outside of the choices that come with order. Spencer was our server and did an outstanding job. So attentive and friendly. Definitely a keeper! I will certainly be back.

I ordered mussels with my bag and the mussels were either old, bad or just cooked poorly. Whichever one it was, they made me sick later that day. The portion of the bag was stingy but after seeing who runs this establishment I'm not surprised. The ONLY reason I even did one star was because my servers service was great, as for the host/"manager", this location may want to do some heavy reconsidering. They have $5 Margaritas sign up, but the manager tried to charge me full price and had to call his parents to see if the discount can be applied. He wasn't polite and does not clearly communicate, the way he spoke to DoorDash drivers was rude and can work on a more friendly tone. I hope this feedback is helpful and I will not be dining here again. If reference is needed the date was 7/2 whoever opened that day.

I read some reviews that made me wonder if we would enjoy this restaurant so I want to respond. It was excellent! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. There were lots of patrons and everyone looked happy. The prices were fair for the amount of food in the orders. We had a fun evening and plan to come back. Don't believe the negative reviews.

I placed a pickup order and didn't realize some of my food was missing until I got home. I called the restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do about it unless I brought the food back. That's rather inconvenient and potentially very messy, considering I would be driving back with a big opened pan of oily food. I hope the staff pays more attention to detail in the future, especially when the food is so expensive.

I was there with my family from out of town, it took a while to be seated, I seen they were busy. I waited 20 minutes to be seated. We was seated in the back of the restaurant for some reason and waited 30 minutes. Another table was sat next to us and received service right away. We saw the employees bickering about who was gonna take our table before someone came which actually was the manager that seen us there even when he greeted the table in front of us first. no big deal we ate we were hungry and wanted to experience juicy. While we were eating we heard employees arguing next to the kitchen. I was upset for my family to encounter this specially being my choice. I asked for a corporate number no one knew the information. Sad that establishments like this exist. Likely wont return , great place horrible service.
