these guys get theme-ing right! We hadn't been in the place for more than 30 seconds before a dressed up Pennywise approached and played his part very well. Within about 4 1/2 minutes he was offering beer selections, and suggestions from behind his mask. All of the servers were dressed up and the menu was themed beautifully! I don't write reviews unless something is done right and I have to tell you that these guys really did everything right I got a burger and it really was of utmost quality. It was such a good time to come to this place, and by the time we left, Pennywise had changed costumes into Michael Jackson's wolf character from thriller. If you like horror movies, good theming fandom and great food, it really doesn't get any better than this and anytime someone puts their heart into something the way the owners have in the Haunted House restaurant then it deserves to be applauded. These guys are awesome, and the food was really good too.

I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and dine elsewhere. You're not missing out on anything. The concept is great but once I saw how it was inside... it felt cheap and tacky. A swing & a miss! The service was horrible as I sat at the bar for 15 minutes without being able to order a drink and food. The bartender was doing everything else for everybody else except me, even after acknowledging me 2x! Not to mention the hostess said it would be a 45 minute wait for a seat at the bar as tables weren't available. Upon sitting at the bar there were many table available. Half the restaurant was empty!I can't tell you how the food is because after sitting at the bar for 15 minutes I went down the road where my drink and food order was taken right away.

This was a fun experience. First off you need reservations. Be prepared to wait even with reservations. It's a really "scary" themed restaurant. Scary movies are playing on the screen and the walls are decorated fromScary movies. You may even be visited by Michael Myers. The food was ok. They had vegan food which was great. It wasn't hot when it reached the table. It may have been better hot. The staff serving were cool. I would do it again.

This place was fun! I had a reservation for brunch, and would definitely recommend making one. The decor was definitely 10/10, with lots of characters and themes from a variety of movies and shows! There were two characters walking around and interacting with guest, one was a nun (from The Conjuring?) and Michael Myers. We were given popcorn as a side to munch on while we waited for our food. There were lots of tvs around with different shows on. The nun was creepy and took pictures with us. The food options had creative names and looked cool, but I wouldn't say that it was anything over the top. I ordered The Slimer which was good and my husband ordered The Thriller Burger which he enjoyed. I would come back here again if I was ever in the area. The drinks looked really cool, but we didn't have time for any this trip.

Wow I was all set to give this 3/4 stars. Then I see the "Billy the doll" from saw riding around on his bicycle. I took a video and then he proceeds to lift up to look under the "doll from exorcisms dress/night gown." All the little boys seen at another table and go no that's wrong. Really? Why would you hire or have someone working at a place you know to there are a ton of kids and do that? Totally inappropriate. This is so disappointing after I saw the low ratings and was excited to Try and help them raise that score. However, after that I could not raise my star level In good conscience. I will say the ambiance was so amazing. The bar tender "Rich" went above and beyond to be friendly and get our orders correct to a tee. He recommended great options and we loved the gizmo dessert! That dude is a golden employee in my opinion! The haunted drink did have dry ice but it was worth it. I loved it! The lamb chops were great! The chicken pasta was a lil bland in my opinion, the chucky appetizer was ok I would go with the small portion nothing too great. All in all man I LOVED this place. But the staff should be on point. I really hope they do a staff training! There are so many kids they go in here and it's so fun! We were told 2 hr wait for the bar and it was worth it Sas that it had to go down due to one staff but I'm not sure if that's overall the culture of the place that that person thought that was acceptable.

Great restaurant for the experience and atmosphere. Was a little skeptical of the Brunch menu,l...ended up getting the Scream Burger and it was very good. My friend had the Thriller Burger and was pleased. The kids had wings and they were very good too!Our waitress was attentive and friendly. My main complaint was menu is all via QR code. I perfect a regular menu (call me old skill!). And I was disappointed that the "fun" drinks were so big (51 oz) and so $$$ ($35). I wish they had smaller single serve options available. Definitely worth checking out!

We found this place on accident, we were traveling to Dayton and stopped at the near by the Rock and Roll Hall of Hame, and found this place. The Nashville Massacre appetizers were an amazing starter. However I was disappointed in the Scooby Snacks, they were somewhat bland and did not match the menu description. The atmosphere to this place is find and exciting. The prices are reasonable, High recommend this place if you are a Halloween/Horror Fan. We would go back when we are passing thru Cleveland. The staff creates a very memorable unique experience. Our server while busy was very attentive. If you do not want a wait time make sure to have reservations. This place is more about the experience than the food. But the atmosphere is absolutely worth at least one visit.

My sister and I are horror fans, so when she visited we made the trip. So we made the mistake of not making reservations, we waited a little over an hour. We were entertained by a delightful Michael Myers. When we were seated, our server was very friendly and professional. We were served popcorn while we waited for our appetizers. We got the Chucky Rolls. My sister ordered The Candyman to drink. My nieces ordered similar nonalcoholic drinks. The food was ok, the names are creative. The atmosphere is really cool too. There were a a couple birthdays being celebrated, and I thought that was really neat. They're very interactive with their guests. They have trivia games that you can win prizes. It is expensive though. I say it's something to try at least once, even if it's just for the atmosphere. Also, even though it is a family restaurant, it might scare small children or those with sensory issues.

The place looks great and can be very immersive! Lots of staff dressed up as different horror characters, and they do a huge purge announcement for birthdays and other events. The food was decent, not amazing. Definitely more there for the atmosphere, but it was fun and would go again. Very disappointed with the frosted circus animal cheesecake. It was plain cheese cake with caramel drizzle and anima crackers. Didn't even have frosted animal cookies
