I got these for my mother's birthday and she has been raving about them! The flavor selection was very creative and the presentation was very nice. I also appreciated the team including the candle and matches in the order. Would definitely recommend!

My workplace ordered cupcake catering (!) from this local company for a party, and it did not disappoint. Great presentation, cute little notes and designs, and, of course, the cupcakes themselves were fan-frikkin'-tastic.Later, I ordered some of their bacon-chocolate-chip cookies for myself and almost ate all of them just for lunch one day. What can't bacon do?

Bacon chocolate chip cookies.That says it all.Nirvana.Now, the reality of the bacon chocolate chip cookies didn't quite live up to the dream for me. They weren't bad, they just weren't harmonized. As in, they were very good chocolate chip cookies, with pieces of very good bacon in them. The combination just didn't do much for me. That said, they have mass appeal and everyone I shared them with loved the idea, even if the product itself fell short.I also ordered red velvet cupcakes and the mexican hot chocolate cupcakes. They were pretty, but not really so impressive-looking that I couldn't have made them myself. And they tasted ok. Not bad, but nothing stood out either. The chocolate and peppers really didn't marry the way I'd hoped (and the way they do in Momocho's desserts).Excellent customer service, however. The ladies who run this company were responsive, friendly, and helpful. And delivery to my door on time, during the Christmas week, was extremely convenient.So when I give three stars, it's really saying this place is ok. Nothing bad.

10/10 responsive, delicious, and a great deal. The only reason I'm not ordering these even more frequently is because I live in Washington D.C. However, they are a must for any occasion in/around Cleveland. I cant say enough good things about them.

Loved the cupcakes my fiancé got from this bakery! They were scrumptious, and the owner went above and beyond to help pull off a birthday surprise while we were in town for the eclipse.

I can not say enough about The Cleveland Cupcake Co. they came through for me when the baker got sick and was unavailable to complete my order. Not only are their cupcakes cute has a button, but they a fabulously delicious. Thank you for saving our special day.

Megan is amazing! I just sent birthday cupcakes to my son who goes to school in Cleveland. She went above and beyond to make sure the order was perfect. It was super easy to order online and they followed up with an email right away. The order was delivered right when they said it would be. Thanks for making his birthday away from home so special!

We live in Chicago. Our son goes to school at John Carroll University outside Cleveland. What to do when his birthday is in February and he is 6 hours away? SEND HIM CLEVELAND CUPCAKES!!! THEY DELIVER!!!Seriously, cupcakes get rave review from the college guy and his buddies, he gets a birthday celebration and I get all the extra Mom points. Everybody wins.Megan is a delight to work with, makes everything seamless and easy. And she makes a helluva good cupcake. Order them today, you will NOT be disappointed.

I wish I can say that their cupcakes were enjoyable but I wouldn't know, corresponding with them was a nightmare and my order was cancelled on the day it was supposed to be delivered. In spite of my requests to be contacted by phone, not one person called me and they were coldly unempathetic. Their last message admitted they didn't see my original request date, they were canceling my order, they don't have time for my delivery and best of luck. They can go f*ck themselves...

If you want awesome treats with awesome service - this is a great company. I emailed Megan for a last minute Mother's day delivery and she not only pulled through but made sure I was kept up to date on the delivery (which is great since I'm in CA)! About to put in another order for Father's day!
