The Brick House

The cuisine was exceptional and served promptly. The restaurant boasts a pleasant, clean, and inviting atmosphere. Pizza and juicy boneless chicken wings stood out as favorites. The generously portioned salad could easily serve multiple individuals. Our server was knowledgeable, making for an enjoyable experience overall.

I tried to order a pizza and was having a hard time. No one would answer the phone, so I decided to drive there. My 1st opinion was closed. I chose to try the Brick House pizza. They were open, so I'm not sure why they didn't answer. I went ahead and ordered and the bartender offered me a glass of water while I waited which was awesome. Yeah atmosphere was a small town establishment with locals. Just enjoying a good meal. He suggested the original crust and the deluxe pizza. Bartender suggestion was amazing very good pizza in service. Thank you.

This place was recommended buy the nice lady who I rented a condo from, and she said if ya want the best pizza in all of port Clinton go to the brick house. Hmmm, I thought I really like pizza, but it's summer, what the heck it's a 15 min walk, so I stepped out and made the trek, the place is busy and has that small town good vibes type of feel. So I walk in sit at the end of the bar to order my food and have a beverage. The bar tender was doing a great job, attending to everyone and in walks me, the out of towner, but this gentleman of a bartender was not flustered and it was busy, and he helped me order 80$ worth of food. And what pizza shop can you go to and get yellow perch and wallet? Yes I know I min on the lake, but the fish was a must and was great, I got extra tarter sauce which I love order some onion rings which were a great choice, recommend by the bartender as well, then I ordered a salad, cheese in the side for my children I told them and wings, 2 pizzas, a deluxe, I always order a deluxe anywhere to see what the place has going on, a pep for my girls, bartender again informs me, one size pizza, I said oh that makes it easy. Usually not a fan of pizza places that do that, but hey, it's a busy place, not usually a fan of pizza in the summer, but man was I impressed, they put my order together in lest than 30 mins. And the kitchen help got me bags to carry all those extras and I carried the pies in my right hand. It was a short walk and the pizzas are real harder, they are good flat pizzas, lots of toppings sauce was ok, it's bar pizza, and they cut the pie in the sense of every shape you can get out of a circle, which makes this pizza great for take home and eat at a lake condo type pizza. It was good, I would go back, get onion rings, again, a sausage onion mushroom pizza, and walleye! On a side note when left with my 80$ order, me being the forgetful traveler that I am, I left my phone in the bar. Walked back, ate my pizza, fell asleep, woke up at sunrise and was like duh.... I waited till 11am walked back, and this really nice bartender, was like how are you!!! And I sat down in the same seat at the bar, expressed to her my forgetfulness, and she was ecstatic, we not only have 1 phone we have 2, and she laughed and asked me to describe my phone, and she had my phone, she could tell I was relived, and I Gave her a big hug!, thank you for that employee of "The brick house" This place will always get my praise, like where can you go, and leave or forget your stuff and it's still there the next day. And let me just say, it was busy at 11am, I mean it was like 11:20 and they already had tables for brunch, in which I read they have great breakfast brunch food. I would go to try their morning food just because of everything that transpired.

Everything about this restaurant was fabulous! Our server, Jennifer, we can't say enough about her! We felt like our friend waited on us the whole time she gave us great suggestions and nothing disappointed. Food was spectacular. And, it was the day of the eclipse so it was busy But, you never would've known because she was such a pro and clearly so is the kitchen because the food came out in such timely manner. They had two eclipse shirts left and made sure we got them. We had some very best time. We are from Michigan, and it was so lovely, it's worth a trip back.

We came up from our trip to Cedar Point to try the crab Rangoon pizza and it did not disappoint!! Glad we got 2 and have leftovers for later! Got to catch some of the Bucks game as well! Great little place!! We will be back!

I was looking for a place to eat while I'm stuck on shore (instead of fishing). I stumbled across the Brick House. I was by myself, so I decided on a carry out. I ordered the Italian grinder with fries and I was pleasantly surprised on how good the sub tasted. The meats were fresh and the fries were slightly seasoned. Delicious! I'll be back!

I ate lunch there and got the onion ring stack as an appetizer and a buffalo chicken sandwich. The onion rings were large and perfectly cooked. The chicken was very moist and there was a lot of hot sauce. My wife got a pizza which she enjoyed also. I would highly recommend.

direct sever and associates were wonderful but the bartender is a drag on this business. changed multiple TV's from a NASCAR race that was two laps from the end to a baseball game not featuring the Indisns/guardians or any remotely local team, and chuckled in the customers faces who protested the action. What a clown show he is. Also drew the wrong beer for a customer and when asked to replace it with the correct beer was condescending and gave opinion he was not wrong. Music was too loud and not suitable for the age of the crowd. More than once our table heard customers say they were going upstairs due to the volume. Ownership and management need a clue. the place might have been near capacity but as limited options were available, changes are necessary if co tinyation of the business is expected. take your customers for granted as you may but don't be surprised if you lose in the end.

When we first arrived the Bartender Scott seemed a little overwhelmed but after about 10 minutes of being slammed with making drinks he warmed up . Draft beer was very cold and served in a frosted mug wife's white claw was good and cold also . We ordered a couple burgers and it came with fries . The pizzas looked amazing , they have one called the triple threat,90 pieces of pepperoni and triple cheese (WOW) . Sundays they also have a Bloody Mary special with more food on it they you can handle . Cannot wait to go back .
