The food was delicious! Love simple comfort food. My husband had the kickin chicken sandwich and I had the burger and fries salad each with a house beer - don't remember the names. Staff was friendly. I love seeing old buildings repurposed. Seeing this old train station in use is fantastic! The main concourse is used for banquets.

In town for the weekend and was looking for a local place to eat with friends. Based on the reviews I thought we would give them a try.I really liked the interior and enjoyed that it is in an old train terminal. The set-up was nice and a good concept for a brewery. Bar seating area looked fun. The booth seating proved to be tricky to get in and out of as the old terminal bench edges were very raised. Our service was good. Server was very pleasant and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. At points of the evening it was slow. It took quite a while for a server to show up once we were seated. We found the food to be average at best. They were out of Brussel Sprouts which was a big disappointment to two people in my party. As a life long pierogi fan I was disappointed. These seemed to be from a distributor and made from frozen. They also seemed to be deep fried and not sautéed as described. My burger was ok however the other burger in my party was overcooked. The beer selection was nice. I ordered a Beer-garitta and liked it. I wish I tried one of their house beers. The highlight of the dinner were the soda flights. Their in house made soda is exceptional. All four us liked their sodas.Sorry to say I will not return here on a return visit to Erie.

The Bottom Line: I wanted to like this so much, but just found it "meh". We came here on a Saturday night with friends. Seating was confusing that night as there was a private event. There was a sign at the main entrance saying "private event, for pub seating go this way" The sign also had an arrow pointed to the stairs but also could have been pointing to a door. Maybe were were tired but we were confused. Hmmmm what direction... choices, choices.... We chose the hallway (correct choice), walked a short distance and found a hostess stand. Bingo They sat us in a booth, which was cute. Its an old train station whose interior has been turned into an restaurant. Im not going to lie... the aesthetics could have been made better. They apparently repurposed the station benches into booths. Cute, but getting out was such a drag -as you had to hurdle the arm rests which are pretty high. That was kind of a drag. Each one of us grumbled about that. The menu was very american bar-ish. Ie: fried food, burgers with some entrees. This definitely isnt really a healthy eating kind of place. I mean, there are a few options but if you or into clean living food you will be out of luck here. The food we ordered: Cod fish tacosMushroom swiss burger with cheese switched to pepper-jackPierogisPierogi burgerPortabella wrapCod tacos were "okay". Would love to see a grilled fish option, maybe walleye. Honestly they need more "grilled" items here. The burgers: Both were a good size. They arent thin/smash. These are substantially thick. They create their own patties, no frozen stuff here. However make sure to order them medium rare or they are very and I mean very well done! The fries that come with it were meh. These pierogi.... Just dont. It says its served with onions and bacon. They give a lot of crumbled bacon but onions?.... They mean diced green onions and hardly any. We were expecting sautéed onions. Very disappointed. Plus they are SO small! Tiny. Just skip. The portobello wrap it was a great, healthy choice but the mushroom had zero flavor. i only ate half of it. It also was meh. What was excellent??????The craft soda flight. Seriously, this was the best thing on the menu- hands down. They make an excellent ginger beer. This would be my go to place for Moscow mules if I lived here. The cream soda is also excellent as is the root beer. I had the orange soda as my last serving in my flight... meh. The other good thing was the server. She was great. A little slow at times but still great. Welp, Yelp....Would I come back.... ???Only if I wanted a moscow mule. I wanted to like this so much but found it just "meh."

We stopped here for dinner on our way through the area. The menu looks like basic bar food but it was quite delicious. I had the veggie wrap with jalapeños and it was loaded with fresh veggies. Fries were potatoy and yummy. Beer selection was good. The decor was cool and the old beer commercials were fun to watch. Great service.

We had a fun evening at this brew pub. We unexpectedly showed up on an art night with dozens of pieces of local art for sale. We enjoyed sampling beer and walking around the old train station filled with eclectic artwork. We did eventually get around to being seated for dinner. Food, beer and service were all good. My favorite beer was the delicious coffee cream ale. We had burgers, cooked to order, and enjoyed them. We'd definitely visit again if in Erie.

Very cool vibe here; it used to be a train station! Our server was very sweet. Drinks took a little while to come out, but my razberry cheesecake martini with a graham cracker rim was amazing! My husband liked both beers he got. Appetizers came out quickly! I really liked the fried pirogies with horseradish cream sauce. I also liked my sister in laws bbq nachos! For mains I got the Mac and cheese with pulled pork. It was good but nothing crazy. Definitely a cool place to visit!

After a chilly day a fundraising walk and tour of a college campus we settled on a brew pub for some warm comfort food. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful. My girls tried the flight ever made soda to figure out which one they liked the most. One of the root beer in the other the grape soda. I had two of there ales and they were pretty tasty. I had the black and blue burger with fries which was cooked to my liking. My girlfriend had the pierogies. (why I only twitch a little from their menu not using the e on the end). She really enjoyed them. My kids both had pasta dishes, but I didn't get a picture because they were goofing off each time I took it typical teens. We also had the Buffalo nachos for an appetizer, but I couldn't get that in a photo either. The nachos for good and definitely spicy.I will definitely come back for another meal here

Great: Ambience, worth itGood: Beer, server, friesAverage: Fish fry, onion soup, Fair: Burger (only because it was overcooked despite being warned on Yelp and the server volunteering to ask the chef not to overcook, but server took it off our check), pierogies (why don't restaurants know how to cook pierogies?)Overall it was good. I'd go back. But be sure to ask for a not overcooked burger
