I work downtown and I've passed this place a couple times and decided to give it a try.To my amazement, they had Puerto Rican food!It is so refreshing to have different cuisines such as The Blessed CafeI get so tired of all the mexican, pizza, sandwich, burger places around here.It gets pretty redundant and anytime something new opens, it's just another cardboard cutoutToday they had Stewed Chicken, Fried Pork chops, and Beef Stew on the menu. I opted for the Pick 1 Meat + 1 Side for $8.75 and got the Stewed Chicken with the Rice & Beans (my favorite!!) I don't know what exactly makes Puerto Rican rice taste so good, but it is definitely my favorite type of rice dishThey gave me a hefty portion that could probably be separated into two portions, but it was so good I ate it all!Looks like they have some tasty looking Tres Leches Cake, that I might have to splurge on next time.Everything looks home made and from scratch and they accept credit cardsI'm so glad this cafe joined the historical Arcade in downtown Cleveland-the food situation is dire over there until now!
