The Bistro At Gervasi Vineyard

The food, service, and overall experience were excellent. Our waitress, Lauren, helped recommend the house specialties and wine pairings that complemented them perfectly! I recommend the bistro to anyone in Canton/Northern Ohio looking for a great date night meal.

Visited The Bistro at Gervasi Vineyards with my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary. We made a reservation and were promtly seated in the basement in a room full of wine racks and wine. The ambience was terrific. Our server was friendly and attentive.As an appetizer, we requested bruschetta and my wife requested a caeser salad. Warm bread was also served with olive oil and black pepper. The bread was absolutely delicious, even if it didn't have a crunchy crust. I'd eat this stuff any day of the week. My wife's salad was served with poor presentation and it was lacking the proper caesar ingredients and didn't have much flavor. The bruschetta was tart and sweet. It was very different from the bruschetta served at Buca Di Beppo, but it was tasty and we polished it off, nonetheless.For dinner, I requested Housemade Mushroom Ravioli and I added a grilled chicken breast, per the server's recommendation. My wife requested Tuscan Beef Short Ribs. A good while later, our dinners were served.My ravioli had an amazing sauce that made it an excellent choice. I could taste that the pasta was scratch made fresh. However, it was a little tough and chewy. I wish it were a little softer and less chewy, perhaps by boiling the pasta slightly longer. Overall, I'd order this dish again because it was delicious. My wife's short ribs tasted like a fancy pot roast, which was rich and amazing. This was an excellent dinner.

We have ate here several times. Always good service and great food. I love the braised short ribs, always so tender and great flavor. The atmosphere is really nice

My Husband and I had dinner at The Bistro yesterday and we just wanted to say we had fabulous service from our waitress Tara! She was knowledgeable about the entire menu and wines. My Husband and I have food allergies/sensitivities and she confidently walked us through the menu in a breeze. We appreciated her insight and service. Tara is top notch! Thank you!Kudos to Sean (from S. Africa) down in the Piazza as well. We just received great service and just general kindness and conversation from him! We'll be back!

One of the best meals and services that I have had so far this year. A very unique and exciting dining experience. The wine selection was very diverse and tasty. The wait staff was very knowledgeable about the entire winery and very helpful with all of our needs and wants. I can't wait to return for another exciting experience!

Everything at Gervasi is "Top Shelf "!Highly recommend for any occasion... first time visitors will be Amazing!!!

It's a bird... NO, it's a plane... OMG, it's BRAD PRESTON!!! Seriously, this past Friday night this employee at Gervasi's Bistro swept in and made a nice evening into a Great Experience that we will never forget! I cannot say enough about how he saw a situation that could use a little "help" and took ACTION. He dove into his little phone booth and when he emerged we found ourselves at the best table in the house. He topped it off with a pro bono dessert that helped to celebrate my daughter and her husband's 5th Anniversary! And true to his Superman persona, he disappeared into the night without an opportunity for us (mom & dad) to express just how much we appreciated him "SAVING THE DAY"!
