Cute place to grab a bite and a cocktail! Great views and perfect golden hour sunshine if pictures are your thing. The bar staff was not the friendliest, but the cocktails tasted great.

All good! Rooftop with great view! Cocktails on point and staff is awesome! We drank played pool and let strangers. It's a great vibe!

The food was good, our waitress was good as well. Very nice ambiance and vibe but the drinks were disappointing and some of the sides came out dry and crusty. Glad we tried it visiting friends but probs won't go back

Enjoyed an amazing stay here last week. The staff at check in were amazing. The hotel is VERY dog friendly (they gave us the cutest puppy care package when we checked in). The queen suite we booked was nice, and clean. Only issue was upon checkin when asking for an upgrade (I'm ambassador level Bonvoy status) they said they weren't able to because they were sold out. Even though there were plenty king and executive suites available online to book. I don't understand what happened to marriott over the past two years but status gets you nowhere with them anymore. It's pointless. I can never use my suite night rewards either. Regardless, the fridge in our room wasn't working so they had a young man by the name of Chances run a new one up to us and he could not have been more polite and kind. He made another trip for water for us. All with a smile and pleasantries.The bar on the 2nd floor is amazing. Even though it's small it's worth the visit.Great hotel, will definitely look to stay here again!

Went here for an executive event from CSU. I would never have known this was here if my friend hadn't booked the place. It's definitely a unique spot to visit if you're feeling fancy or for casual events. Decent view of the city, good food, bar at the top. I wouldn't say it is the best though. It's something I'm happy to have tried once, maybe recommend to people, but not to look forward to going again. If they had special events or watch parties for games I would be interested. This is for the rooftop specifically. The restaurant and vault are completely different and I would evaluate them separately.

We have friends who live here and friends who stay here when in town. Tonight we are here for a wedding and it has been great but LISA has been outstanding. She has been such a fun and great experience providing us the the best service! If you come stay here I hope you get her.

Expensive for the wait and the overrated view. Glassware was plastic and dirty. The atmosphere was great though and the turf grass was a positive attribute. Cincinnati rooftop bars are definitely better!

This place is a fun place to visit. The vault in the basement is cool and historic. The rooftop lounge is relaxing and enjoyable. Only drawback is people in Cleveland love their cancer sticks and sometimes you just get tired of smelling them. That aside, it offers great views and a relaxing cool vibe. The restaurant on the street level is just OK. My husband was told about a special black pig steak from Portugal. The server raved about it. It was expensive at $45 but we were expecting a steak because that's what it was described as. What came was comical. There were some carrots and about six pieces of thinly sliced meat, picture steak sashimi. It truly looked like an appetizer. There was no way that my husband was going to eat sashimi steak and some carrots and be satisfied. We talked to the server about it and asked him if there was a mistake and he said no and looked at us sheepishly because I think he realized that this is ridiculous. Nonetheless we sent it back and ordered the chicken which was very good and much more reasonable. That being said, I don't know that we would ever go back. Seems a bit overpriced for what you get. It was tasty but there's just so many other choices in Cleveland.

Nice and great location to see the Indianas or Cavaliers game! Funky and fun place to stay!

Went to the vault for my sisters birthday ERICA H. Was our server... couldn't even say enough good words to describe her and her service!!! We all loved her and connected with her! It was a big group and she handled us all perfectly!! We will all be coming back just to see her!
