Teriyaki Express

The portion sizes are more than enough. I always get the chicken (or steak) and shrimp combo with rice. I've never had an issues with the service. I usually order on Uber Eats, and my order is always correct and hot when I receive it.

I got this place on door dash a few nights ago. I ordered the hibachi shrimp with lo mein. Food was warm when it got to me but unfortunately I received rice instead of lo mein. I handled the issue through door dash. The rice was decent fried rice and they gave you a decent amount of shrimp. One thing I would have like is a little more yum yum sauce than the container they provided. Next time I think I'd go into the actual place to order.

Eight dollars for a Styrofoam container full of dog food! by far the worst "hibachi" I've ever had in my life, hibachi at Heinen's grocery stores is better than this and I never went back to buy that again ether. The steak is thin and overcooked the teriyaki is thin and sour! I don't know why, the vegetables yet Crisp we're not plentiful more burnt onions than anything. I did not get the fried rice wanted to judge the hibachi with white rice.

Good food at a great value. You get a good portion of food for a good price and the fried rice with teriyaki chicken is my go to. Also had a cheesecake that was pretty good. Somethings can be better like the rice I think can be cooked differently but honestly for the price I'm not complaining at all.

Food is goodBut it's stupid that I can't order over the phone 30 minutes before they close even tho I said they can have my card info....I made tons of over the phone orders here you would think they'd recognize my number but nope!Need to work on their customer service and loyalty

Place is very clean and the food is delicious. The owner really cares about this place and makes sure every order is to perfection. I would highly recommend this place it's not your average hibachi to go. #Quality

I door dashd from here a couole weeks ago fresh hot just like i liked it and the waiter was very nice

We love this place - favorite teriyaki place in Cleveland! Their soda tastes weird, so we skip that, but other than that, quality teriyaki.

A whole lot of food for a small amount of money, they literally jam pack your order. The Teriyaki chicken was delicious slightly on the overcooked side (but I prefer that). I also got the Steak and Chicken mix served with lo mein and the beef was high quality and not mushy like most places do around here. The side dips for your meal with ginger sauce is so good too! I'll definitely be revisiting.

I got the Teriyaki Chicken with half noodles and half white rice and it was delicious. Very big portion for $7. Will be returning again.
