Tavern Six

I've eaten here several times and have always found the food to be consistently delicious and plentiful. This generally a pretty busy place, not always the fastest service, but we've always been greeted with smiles and good attitudes.My latest visit was a late Saturday afternoon in early fall, so right in the middle of college football season. We had a 20-minute wait for a table and I regret we didn't sit on the patio while the weather was nice.The inside of the restaurant was very noisy and difficult to carry on a conversation. It seemed like we waited a long time for our food, too. A group of people that sat down after us were served first, but when our food did finally arrive about 10 minutes later, it was hot and tasty. Our server was attentive and always smiling, and that's always a bonus.Great food, solid, cheerful service. This is the best place to eat in Kirtland.

This is our favorite summer patio for a leisurely meal and a pint of Guinness. Also our favorite fish fry for Fridays! Excellent local spot with a varied menu from burgers, salads, and a Rockin' grilled Salmon! Don't pass up the soup of the day or the dessert. Ordered the fish fry platter which includes 3 large crispy filets and a mound of cut fries. The dill tartar dipping sauce is so flavorful! Salmon dinner is top notch, moist and cooked perfectly with rice and mixed grilled veggies. Buffalo Mac n cheese with chicken was perfectly balanced between spicy and Buffalo hot. Service is prompt, friendly, and efficient. Parking is plentiful but fills up on a Friday night. Full bar with great classic cocktails and your favorite drafts. Our standard Friday night out place.

We have been here several times when we are in town, and it never disappoints!!I had the chicken chaser salad, hubs got the chicken Philly sandwich, and our kiddo got the pizza. We all loved our food. The salad was very fresh and the chicken was grilled wonderfully. Chris's sandwich was extra tasty with the peppers and onions! Our server was wonderful and very patient with 4 kids in our group! We can't wait to come back!

Monopolies don't have to adapt- they just pretend that they know what they're doing. Summer outside bar and restaurant is worth it but otherwise non-summer dining is like having 50+ peeps in your small basement. Food is ok and bartenders are constantly clanging, cleaning and pretending to be busy/not care abt others. Visit in summer or otherwise avoid cause they've apparently got thin skin‍

We were in town to visit friends and one of our friends suggested meeting at Tavern Six. Tavern Six has a beautiful patio that is nicely shaded and is a major draw during nice weather. In fact, on the day we were there, there were more people dining on the patio than there were dining inside.I ordered the Cuban sandwich and Tavern Six served a very good variation of a Cuban sandwich but it definitely was not a traditional Cuban. It was served on a crusty baguette and was not "pressed" like most Cubans. The ingredients were also similar but not identical to a traditional Cuban. It was good but I probably wouldn't order it again. My wife ordered the Chicken Club and said it was good but not great.Service on the patio was good.Ambiance (and patio) - 4-starsService - 3 1/2 - starsFood - 3 stars

Amazing food! Beautiful patio and dining room.The service is usually slow but it's okay. Just don't go if you are in a rush. Sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful ambiance. Staff are always friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. We have been here multiple times and it never disappoints!

While visiting our daughter we stopped here to eat at her suggestion. The place had just opened so we could sit almost anywhere. It has a rustic feel to it complete with a wood burning fireplace in the front. The have table booths surrounding the bar area.They have a lot of good menu options including a couple of vegan ones. 3 of us in our group decided to go with sandwiches while the 4th opted for buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese. Sandwiches usually come with a side of chips but for an up charge you can choose among their various sides.I was glad to see they had shaved Brussel Sprouts on the menu so I ordered that with the chicken caprese sandwich. My husband had the chicken club with fries. My daughter had the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Since there weren't a lot of people there we got our food fairly quickly. The sandwiches were just the right size-not too big. I got a big cupful of the Brussel Sprouts. They were good but a little too well seasoned for me. I ate them anyway since I'm a fan of them. The chicken caprese was also very good. I was blown away but the size of the Mac and cheese my daughter's boyfriend got. It was indeed a big portion.Everyone else told me how much they loved their food. The restaurant was generous with the portion size of the French fries. After we were done I inquired about the "cupcake" of the day which I had heard so much about. Each day I had read they switch it out so you never know what you are getting. I was saddened to hear that the cupcake baker was not in today and for personal reasons would not be making cupcakes for a while. They hope to get her back soon. All the more reason for me to come back some day. I was very glad at the opportunity to try something new and different in Kirkland. Prices are reasonable. If visiting over the holidays check out the pretty Christmas tree they have inside. They have their own parking lot.

Great Food, Great Service with a staff willing to accommodate you and great value. From Pizza to Salmon to Salads and Burgers they can do it all well. Don't tell anyone so it doesn't get too crowded. Even open on Monday.

Tavern Six has the worst customer service I have encountered in years. Rude.They should also honor the hours that they post on their website. A waste of time driving there.

The best ribs in my opinion.I am confused as to the cupcake at the end of a meal. I always thought they were free.Came again last night for dinner. Waitress said she has to charge for cupcake. Surprise to me. ‍I always felt people came here for that added touch.Especially with the way restaurant prices are now.Cupcakes range from $4-7 bucks. Are you kidding me.
