Past this place 100x but never tried till tonite. It's a cute little place. They have a good size bar and tables around. Server sat us and we were in the middle of the room. They have a good amount a variety in tap plus some seasonal drinks. There are no prices on their seasonal drink menu so not sure how much, hate that. Just tell me prices. We got the meatball calzone, bbq wings, fries, shrimp and a veggie flat bread. My dad liked his shrimp. My mom liked her flat bread. And I thought the meatball calzone and wings were pretty good. Fries were McDonald's like. And salty. I liked them. Server was busy but tried to be attentive. She never asked for us if we wanted drink refills. It's little Italy so parking is whatever you can get. Prices aren't too bad about average. I'd say $12 and up. This is a definite return. We would like to try more on the menu and see what the patio is like in the summer.

After a visit to the Cleveland Botanical Garden on 12/30 we walked over to Little Italy in search of a bakery treat and some delicious pasta. We were able to get a table with no reservation at TOLI, and it was a great choice. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable. Our pasta dinners were fresh and delicious and just the right size. The salad and breadstick were included. The shrimp was in a delicious garlic butter sauce. Corbo's Bakery was closed unexpectedly, but TOLI had cannoli and tiramisu that hit the sweet spot. TOLI is relatively small and narrow, and we were seated close to the bar where the music was a bit too loud, but otherwise we really enjoyed this spot and would definitely return.

Stopped in to TOLI for a business meeting. Host was super accommodating as we wanted to sit in a breezy spot with air. Our server Katie was amazing. We stayed quite awhile and never once did she make us feel rushed or unwelcome. We started with an arugula salad that had arugula, tomatoes, carmelized onions, goat cheese and balsamic. Im big on salad dressings and it was absolutely divine, made from scratch. My friend got a linguine with meat sauce and meatballs it looked amazing. She cleaned the plate def a good sign. I had the mussels and sadly must say nothing to write home about. It was missing the essence. It could have used more garlic and wine. It was like eating them out of a pool of straight butter. They were topped with fresh grape tomatoes and scallions. They were served with breadsticks. Will be back to see the lovely Katie and I will try a more delectable dish!!

TOLI was a great experience, staff was amazing with the best little bus boy. The decor is great with lots of signage and outdoor patio. The food was top notch , really wanted to try the burger as it went to the table next to us but I came for Italian. The trio was a great appetizer and we had the chicken parm and chicken fettuccine. Best gravy I have had on the strip and that is high praise since all the food in little Italy is a home run.

TOLI is a cozy bar/restaurant that has a GORGEOUS outdoor patio. I cam here during the summer to have some drinks and munch on some yummy food. I tried the pasta pomodoro, buffalo wings, and arancini. However, my favorite is the loaded fries. In the BEST way possible, the fries resemble McDonald fries (which I think is a huge compliment), and is then smothered with cheese and bacon. I always ask for the ranch on the side and it HITS every time. The waitress was super nice and friendly as well. The outdoor patio is perfect for brunch, happy hour, or just to enjoy the summer weather with friends. Keeping in mind that it's similar to bar food, it is really good bar food. I crave the fries weekly and am always looking for an excuse to come back here.

idk presentation really threw me off. I got chicken parm with homemade spaghetti. The pasta was pretty thick and wasn't that soft. The chicken was pretty good. I was hungry so i finished my plate but im not sure if id go back. My server was nice and very knowledgeable. He went over the menu went us and gave us recommendations. I didn't get a picture but we ordered a pizza and THAT was really good. I'd come back for the pizza

Stopped in for dinner last week.Quaint restaurant/sports bar type of atmosphere. Enjoyed arancini with pesto/marinara sauce and wedge salad for our appetizers. SO and I ate meatball calzones (freshly made and yummy!). Teens enjoyed splitting pasta.Nice service once we ordered.Fun place to hang out and enjoy some good food on a chilly day.

Went there for trivia night which was fun! We got different dishes to try--the chicken Parmesan, pepperoni calzone, and the Tavern burger. The chicken Parmesan was very good though the spaghetti on top was a bit under seasoned. The start of the night was definitely the calzone which was crispy and light with a cheesy filling with salami and banana peppers for a kick! Would definitely recommend. Atmosphere was easy going and casual which was perfect for a weeknight out.

I was super impressed by the speedy service here! Stopped in for a quick pre-orchestra dinner with a friend. We sat at the bar and quickly ordered drinks. I got the strawberry mule, and she got the aperol spritz, both of which we enjoyed. We shared the Arancini appetizer and the cavatelli and meat sauce. They were both delicious! The arancini are fried to perfection, and I like that you had the choices of both pesto and marinara sauce. The cavatelli in meat sauce was pretty good: I do wish that it were a bit hotter, and I felt like it was a little on the drier side. Overall, really appreciated how attentive the servers were, how quickly the food came out, and that we were able to easily find a seat at the bar on Friday night. I'm curious about the other items on the menu!

First time. We are exploring places in Little Italy! First impression is very good. Friendly staff and lots of outdoor seating. We chose the covered alley seating near the street- good people watching. I had the pepperoni calzone and Grace had the fried calamari. My calzone came with a nice, simple marinara sauce. The filling was very tasty. The bread lacked a bit, maybe not enough time to rise. Overall very good. The calamari came with a spicy aioli- good solid pub food. What we liked the best was the overall atmosphere filled with friends enjoying their meal, drinks, and time together. For me, it reminded me of Europe. We will definitely add this to our favorites list in Little Italy!
