Street corn is very good. But what I experienced with the jicama chicken taco was amazing. Never herd of Jicama, but Gigi one of the owners said it would be very good, it was amazing. Jicama is a sweet root vegetable, I couldn't eat it like a normal taco shell, so I just used a fork and knife.Service is fast and friendly.Family owned, family recipes.

Food was great but one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Note this is for the location west of downtown (still pending being claimed by the biz owner), they have a smaller place here which was closed on Tues. Upon being greeted at the door my party of 3 sat down at a booth across from the bar. Our server asks us our drink order, we get water, coke, and I order a Revolution IPA which was on the beer list. Server asks me over and over (at least 4x) what beer I wanted as he was clearly unfamiliar. I pointed to the tap handle 3x. This so alarmed my friends they were concerned the food orders would be incorrect. This young man was incredibly surly about it too, he looked pissed that I kept telling him what beer I wanted. BUT THEN -- he bnings waters and goes to the end of the bar to chat up a local young woman (he was doing this when we walked in). This goes on for at least 5 minutes, no attempt to get my beer. This all taking place 10 feet from our booth. Then he proceeds to walk into the bar and starts puling down some bottles (like he is going to get her a free shot or something). The bartender is not doing anything, and the server clearly had not told him about my beer. SO I go up to bar and order directly from the bartender, with the server standing right there. No apologies were made, but the bartender did pour my beer and I walked it back to my table. Service got worse. A few more min go by and he takes our order in a very unfriendly way, basically "what do you want?" I ordered a veggie quesadilla which comes with rice or beans. He didn't ask me which, but before he left the table I say, "Oh i want beans with that". he grunted an affirmation. Then instead of ringing the order in, he talks to the girl again. Finaly after a few minutes he punches it in. Food was quite good, and the older woman (perhaps the owner) came round to refill chips and salsa. She was quite pleasant. When the bill came, I had an additional $3 charge for beans. I explain this wasn't correct , and he tries to say it is (again he didn't know the menu). I explain it comes with choice, he takes the bill back, without saying a word, comes back with a correct bill and again no words but puts it on table and walks away. I don't know if this man is related to the owner (never got his name, dark haired hispanic man) but he should NOT be dealing with the public, Put him in the back, or fire him.

Brought my mom and my wife for a lunch on Monday afternoon. They were not that busy, just one table other than ours when we sat down. We opened with adult beverages, margaritas were all! I decided to have a Texas Margarita while mom and wife decided on their regular. Their margaritas are pretty darn good! We opened with a small bowl of guacamole and queso to go with their chips and salsa. All three were extremely delicious! My wife decided on steak street tacos while me and my mom went for their Pastor Street tacos. The tacos really came out exceptionally quick. Hot and delicious! Just about as good as we could get in Southern California! I'm not sure how many other times we might get to visit there, hopefully once or twice before we leave the area. Keep up the great work!

I'm here again for another great meal. People are enjoying themselves. The place is nearly full on a Saturday night and service is a bit slower but the waitress is attentive, cheerful and checking on my drink and chips.

Was very excited to come to the new location on 4th St on opening day. Came in to a nearly empty restaurant, and was asked 3 times if we had reservations,... um no it's dead in here, do we need them??! Was seated & then informed that we could not order alcohol. So no margaritas at a place called Tacos & Margaritas?! should have told me that beforehand & I woulda left. I should have. I ordered the jimical chicken which was supposed to be coconut flavor but received plain chicken. My friends meal was supposed to come with beans but didn't. The lights are too bright & No music was playing so the ambience was non existent. Was told to pay at the cashier but she couldnt check us out we had to wait for our server to come do it. And the restrooms were not functional! This place should not have opened yet wow. Totally disappointed all around.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I came here with my friends; we came to Ohio from all over the country to harvest chestnuts here and we're looking for some good Mexican food. We found some reviews and decided on tacos and margaritas. It was nice, the atmosphere was excellent but the best part was meeting Gigi and her family, they made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed great conversations with them as she told us the story of starting this restaurant. We all enjoyed ourselves tremendously and everything that we drink and eat here was excellent I highly suggest this place to anyone wanting to have Mexican food in the state of Ohio thanks again Gigi. If I get a chance I will definitely return

I was here once. Food was solid, can't complain there. But the atmosphere was a little creepy. Hard to explain but I felt as if a malignant presence was slowly damaging me

Live near by, but haven't yet tried Tacos and Margarita until tonight. Our small group ordered birria tacos, a burrito Mexicano, and Nacho Supreme for take out.Order was done quickly, food was very fresh, and wow, was it good! Not the usual Mansfield Mexican restaurant. Everyone loved everything we ordered. A taste of authentic Mexican cuisine. We spend a lot of time in California, and this is as good, or better, than any Mexican food we've had there. On top of that, it's a friendly, family run place---again, not like most Mexican restaurants in Mansfield. The owner even asked my name when I picked up our order and told me hers: Gigi.I really encourage Mansfield folks in the mood for Mexican to check out Tacos and Margaritas. Great food, great people. Support local business.

I had the alpastor tacos n rice.I thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I got to meet GiGi the owner super nice lady. . They were nice enough to put onions n cilantro on the side for me so I can add myself. I had a bad experience once at a different resteraunt there was so much cilantro n onions it was like a salad couldnt taste the meat. So I asked they were accommodating. I will be back.
