Szechuan Garden

Food was terrible! Ordered the Bourbon Chicken and Chicken on a stick, chicken tasted boiled with no flavor.

Revolting. Hands down the worst American Chinese I've ever had. I say "American Chinese" because I spent 10 years in China and know what real Chinese should taste like and I grew up on American Chinese and love it. This place is serving garbage. I got 2 of the chef's specials assuming that they would be the best examples of their food quality but both tasted terrible. Also, both dishes had a kind of pasty, floury texture. One was Spicy Trio which is supposed to be Jumbo Shrimp, Sea Scallops and Chicken breast for $13.50. Besides the rotten taste, the shrimp were little popcorn shrimp, not Jumbo Shrimp and there were ZERO scallops. NONE. I got robbed.I pushed both plates away and decided that I would have to get by on the fried rice ($1.50 EXTRA) and the egg roll. The rice was dry, day old and no flavor at all. The Egg roll was the size of a spring roll (3/4" in diameter instead of the regular 2" that an egg roll should be and had a disgusting paste inside.All of it went in the garbage, $26 wasted and I microwaved a frozen dinner instead. (Note: today I tried Lin Family Chinese 1 mile down the road and it's a LOT better except that what they call spicy is not spicy at all. They have a note that they can adjust the spiciness so next time, I need to tell them Extra spicy.)

Horrible. Tea was luke warm, egg drop soup taste like those lipton chicken noodle packets with a few strings of egg floating around, my veggie egg roll had some kind of brown squishy tasteless paste inside of it, veggie fries rice was also not hot and had canned mushrooms in it and barely any veggies other than a few pieces of broccoli. My dads food was also cold and the hot and sour soup wasnt hot and barely had anything in it. This place was good a long long time ago but we definitely know why theres never anyone in there anymore.

Really, really good food, great atmosphere, and great service! We even ordered extra egg rolls to take home with us! (Because we all know you can't eat a whole plate of Chinese food in one sitting!) Yummy.

Great Service! Best Chinese in the area... One star deduction for location, and another because it's catered to American taste buds. Having said that, we are in the Ohio Valley... So, if your craving Asian food this is your best option.

Ordered hot and sour soup and general tso's chicken. Food was definitely under par. Soup was watered down with next to nothing in it. Just broth. Rice was good. The chicken was just ok. It honestly tasted like something you would make at home with a recipe off the Internet. One of the pieces of chicken was a little chicken leg like you'd get with hot wings just breaded and sauced. The prices are very expensive for the quality of food. The inside of the restaurant is dingy and dated. We definitely won't be returning.

Staff was friendly and service was good. Food was lacking in flavor. I expected my szechuan beef to have a little heat and flavor.

We went here for dinner. I definitely can say they have some awesome Food and even better lo mein noodles.

Each and every time that I've ate at Szechuan Garden, I have been pleased. I have never been disappointed with the service. I have just been surprised at the lack of business, most likely due to location. Best Chinese food in the area, without a doubt

I have ate there 3 times in my life and will never give them another penny due to my pork in garlic sauce being the absolute worst creation that you could find in the bottom of a dumpster on hot summer day. If one piece of the so called meat wasn't like jerky the other was rubbery and was a mixture of chicken and pork. So it was mixed with somebody's chic and broccoli meal that they didn't finish eating inside the restaurant with something else. Then to top it off she wouldn't give me another packet of duck or soy sauce which left me with two packets of sauce for two meals!!! I would rather eat roadkill than eat this garbage again..
