I ordered soup, it was good, but the service wasn't good. Waited 12 minutes for someone to acknowledge my online order. My soup was not very warm. There was many other people waiting in line

I eat here often as I live nearby. The grilled turkey chibatta sandwich is my favorite as well as the chicken noodle soup. I have also enjoyed the Rueben sandwich! The tuna sandwich was "ok" The service is always friendly and very quick!

I just started a new job around the corner from here and my coworkers were raving about this place, so I had to try. I ordered The michelle wrap which came with a pickle and some carrots on the side. I'm not a big fans of wraps in general BUT the michelle wrap was SO good! I also ordered a bowl of the tomato tortellini soup, to say the least, it was delicious! Ordering online was quick and easy and the employees were polite and efficient when picking it up! all around a great experience! Can't wait to try something new the next time I stop by:)

This place gets good reviews for a reason--excellent sandwiches. I wouldnt hesitate to go back if I was in Cleveland again. The Turkey Bacon avocado wrap (ex the dressing) was terrific. The reuben looked awesome too

The food is so tasty!!! The prices are very reasonable. They serve fast in spite of traffic!!!

I got the Corned Beef and Chicken Tortilla soup today. Definitely one of my favorites. Soup has a little kick to it just the way it should be. Owner is a trained Soup Chef and it shows. There is no better Soup in the CLE !

I have been going here pretty religiously since I started working up the street. Their soups are very good although I think the Italian wedding has too much of the pasta and could be a bit more brothy. Everything else I've ever ordered has been delicious including the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and a breakfast egg and turkey sausage sandwich. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but it's well worth it and understandable. If you're in a rush it may make sense to call your order in ahead of they allow call in orders.

They have the best salad in Cleveland! Not to mention their chili hits all the right notes. The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh! Tgis is definitely my go to place for lunch downtown.

Perfect timing for a soup/deli to open up right across the street from my work. In this cold, walking across town isn't an option and there aren't many good choices close by, so checked this out as soon as I noticed it was open (whoops it took me a minute). They have a lot of different soup options along with sandwiches and wraps. I tried the Vegetarian panini and LOVED it - Cucumbers, carrots, onions, spinach, cheese and honey mustard. Yum! I also added a cup of butternut squash, and my total was just under $10 - which is definitely comparable to other locations in the area. Will definitely be frequenting this spot now!

Great food, great service, at a great price! I work right around the corner so I head over here for lunch at least once a week. My favorites include the chicken paprikash, soup, egg, salad, sandwich, and chicken salad sandwich.
