Sushi En

We ordered in using DoorDash and were pleasantly surprised. My husband and I each ordered a hibachi bowl - I had the bulgogi and he had the Korean steak. He also ordered a spicy tuna roll. My mother in law ordered the chicken hibachi dinner. The restaurant complied with all our modifications - no egg in the fried rice, subbing extra veggies for noodles, cooking the meat to the right temp, etc. I didn't enjoy the ginger dressing on the salad or the clear soup as much as some other local hibachi places but it wasn't bad - just a little different. I really liked the flavor of the bulgogi and all the goodness delivered fast - we were quoted an hour but it arrived in under 30 minutes. I would definitely consider ordering from here again. They have an extensive menu and follow instructions - what's not to like?

I like sushi En since since it's very close to CSU's law school. The doordash was super fast. Really yummy sushi with lots of options to choose from.

Worst sushi ever. If you are going for a fish less roll than you will be ok. But even with that, the rice wasn't fresh and felt too chewy and hard like rice that's been sitting. The fish was awful. Had that fishy flavor you really don't want when eating sushi. It also didn't have a great texture. So overpriced. Spent 80+ dollars on 6 rolls and a few sashimi pieces. Couldn't even finish half

It had been a while since we were inside Sushi En, and we were not disappointed!! We were greeted as we approached the host stand. The portions were quite sizable. The steak was cooked to my liking, as was the chicken. Very tender pieces of meat. Javone was our server and she was great. Very attentive and had answers for our questions and was able to follow up with management and the kitchen on some of our dietary needs. The restaurant had a few other people in it when we arrived for a Sunday dinner. Maybe folks were more into football and basketball; or maybe the only beer on Sunday rule they have in place. As we left the restaurant, the sushi chefs, the waitresses all thanked us for coming in and hoped to us again soon! Crazy, people want more things besides Mexican restaurants, and they don't go to them! This place is great! The food is wonderful, the service is great, it's a unique spot. I will continue to go back here and support the business!

If you are looking to satisfy a craving for Asian food, this location is convenient if you live in the area. However, the soups and ramen are very bland. I've had the seafood udon and the meats were not very seasoned, as wasn't the broth. With that being said, I have yet to try the actual sushi here! So I'm hoping that I come back to try sushi and update with a better review.

The sushi here is delicious!! The place is very cute and clean. The service is quick and staff is very friendly. Had bulgogi for the first time. I definitely recommend ordering it. Will come back again!

It gives you the chance to try new things and it is just so good and flavorful the California rolls and the squid salad Is good also I do not now what it is called but something like that

If you are looking for "pre Covid" service, this is the place to be! We went at lunch and it was pretty busy, but we were seated right away, drinks were brought almost immediately after sitting down, appetizers, entrees etc came out all as they should have and QUICK! The wait staff is tentative and the place is immaculately clean...Onto the food! We each had a sushi roll and the bento boxes. Both of which were fantastic. I love that you got a Little of everything , mine was the chicken hibachi. I also got the kani salad which is the only thing I don't recommend, it wasn't good at all, In fact I didn't even eat it! However the spicy crab egg roll.....so good!!! Highly recommend. We are not in this area often but we will definitely make the trip to come back here when we are.

First time visiting and I asked them to surprise myself and my son in law with whatever they wanted to make. After a little discussion, they brought us one of the best meals I've ever had. The food was amazing and the service was second to none. Highly recommend.

I love this place, it was my first time but it was phenomenal! The food was delicious, the restaurant itself was clean and pleasant. The best part was the customer service! Everyone that worked there would welcome us and they were very gracious! One of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant in a long time!
