Sundae Funday's

Sundaes in the Park replaced Sundae Fundays which closed last year. We are excited to have this option back.The gold course has been redesigned to include dinosaurs. The ice cream has been redesigned to be hard packed and limited to sundaes, milkshakes and floats, The food menu consists of hot dogs, nachos and pretzels.Everything is good, but it was a little slow and toppings a little skimpy.

We are trying to fill out the entire Ice Cream Trail sponsored by Lorain County and this place is on the list. We almost missed it because it is part of the Metro Park system and we were expecting to see an ice cream store.The setting is cute because you can also play miniature golf and there are little tables everywhere.The menu is difficult to read, which disappointed me. It's located inside, so you are trying to peek through the windows to order. My husband had a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and enjoyed it. I had a small hot fudge sundae with all the toppings and it was ok. Probably won't be on my "go to" list, but if you are in the area, it's an ok place.

I have been going here since I was little so it had a nostalgic quality for me. Now is not the best time to go they have a limited menu and most of the furniture is put away. It is nice to take kids since it's connected to the park.

Nice putt putt course for a young family. Challenging yet it's fun, great time.Good folks too!

The best soft serve in the area, the folks are great. Always take a quart of vanilla home.

Great place for a date or family fun night....classic ice cream with a killer park to boot! Fun times; Karaoke on Wednesday too! :)

We went for the mini golf. Nice little course. Not as nice as some of the other places, but one of the least expensive at $7 a person. For that price you really can't go wrong. Fun little place.

Not sure if they are cutting costs or if business has been slow but I sure was really disappointed in the amount of ice cream in our sundaes tonight. Their size "small" cup was 1/4 of the way full with whipped cream filling the rest. We normally have most of the cup full. When I asked the lady there she said they only give 4oz of ice cream per cup. Certainly disappointed and not the usual amount we get for our money. Guess we will go else where from now on.

Great little ice cream place. I can take a family of 5 out for ice cream for less than $15. After ice cream we take a walk in the connected metro park trails.

This place is great! Very good, freshly made sandwiches at a reasonable price. This park is becoming a favorite of mine. Great walking paths and just an overall nice vibe here that makes you not want to leave!
