I ordered the Chicken Philly. It was very good and flavorful. Love the fresh cut fries. Ordered it via DoorDash and it wasn't soggy when I received it. Also ordered a shrimp and rice dish with an order of wings but we weren't very happy with the portion amount on the shrimp and rice dish. Service was pretty quick.

Ok, so my thirteen year old son is the one who put me onto this spot. At first I was ehhh...I don't know (because it was located in a half empty strip mall), but I was happy I gave it a shot because this is my go-to place for wings now! Crispy, without being overly well done is how I like my fried chicken and this is exactly what I received. My son gets the chicken Philly and my brother gets the shrimp rolls. There is never a complaint on taste. The customer service is nice and the environment is clean and pleasant. Give them a try!

Absolutely horrible. I was in the area so decided to give them a try. Ordered a steak Philly wrap and it was so small it could fit in the palm of my hand. Then it was so SALTY it was inedible. I won't be back. Yuck.

One of my favorite food places in the city. The subs here are absolutely amazing. The bread is heated up until it's soft, and the meats are always seasoned to perfection, along with the fries. The BBQ sauce itself is also great, and when you add the BBQ sauce onto the philly and the fries, it will have you hooked. The loaded steak potatoes comes with a steak sauce that just adds to the already great dish. I've tried many things and I have never been disappointed, they have 3 locations throughout the city and I would recommend calling ahead as they are made to order, but this is a must try place !

Food actually deserves a 4 or higher. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Called and ordered at 8:20p and was told 35 minutes. Arrived at 8:55p to a waiting area full of people all waiting for call in orders. Food ended up not being ready until 9:18p. Always check your boxes for accuracy. After waiting an hour my order was incorrect and I needed to wait another 15 minutes for it to be remade. This means 3/4 items sit getting cold while they remake the 1 item. This is the 3rd visit in a row where my order was incorrect. What's worse is there is no offer of an apology for the inconvenience, a discount on the order, a coupon for the next visit, a soft drink for my poor experience. It was also a basic request. I asked for no onions and confirmed twice on the phone because of prior issues but the kitchen obviously doesn't pay close attention to tickets. The order was taken and entered into the system correctly.Also interesting is that orders were taking 50min to an hour to come out and with a dining room full and phone ringing off the hook they continued to tell people 35-40 minutes for orders.Everyone thinks they can open a restaurant today because they have a nice food concept. You know what's more important than your food? Customer service.

Interestingly my prior review was removed. Here it is again to help people beware. Food is okay when they can get it right, if you are willing to pay made up prices, wait 30 additional minutes beyond the time they tell you it will be ready and if you can deal with the awful attitudes. If you can get over all that double check your food before you leave and bring entertainment for your wait. Try other soul food restaurants. Save your time and headache.

The first time I came here I had the City rolls which were awesome.. was riding pass and wanted some wings and learned it's Under new management.. I ordered wings and fries ai was able to split my sauce and they cook to order and it was just like I asked for it wings and fries cooked hard. I haven't left the parking lot yet lol and the staff is super friendly..
