Wow.... the Freddie boy is amazing. It's messy, the dog has a good snap, the sauce has the right amount of tang. The chicken tenders were great too, big strip on a stick with fries to match.

For those lucky enough to know about Freddie's BBQ on, St. Clair or Superior(?), you know how good that sweet BBQ sauce was that smothers your wings and fries. This food truck is run by Freddie's son and it has been too long to remember if the sauce tastes the same but it is delicious! If you like Sweet Baby Ray's you will also love this sauce.

Food is phenomenal. The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy outside and tender inside, tastier and fresher than anything you'd get from fast food. The Freddie Boy is a wonderfully spicy, beefy sausage topped with lots of fries, all smothered with a sweet BBQ sauce that perfectly complements the sausage's richness and heat. Service is friendly and efficient, but be aware that everything is made to order. I visited them at Ingenuity Fest, a crowded event which could have used more than two food vendors, so ordering and getting food took a while. It was 100% worth the wait, though.

Genuinely one of the worst food truck experiences ever. I have never given any place a bad review or any review at all. However, this food truck was absolutely terrible. I waited in line for over an hour for a burger, when my name was finally called I was told that they ran out of what I ordered so they gave me something else.

Tried at the Lakewood truck park on a 20 degree Sunday afternoon. Jumbo shrimp on a stick were delicious. Thai sauce was great. Great customer service. He came to us to take our orders and bring us our food so we didn't have to leave the fire. Really friendly dude. Definitely gonna try the po boy next time.
