Love this place. Great Italian food and the Sunday premier sauce is amazing. Service was excellent and the ambiance is more upscale. Good place for a family get together or date night. Price point is moderate. Quality is excellent.

The eternal quest for NEO's best Veal Parmigiana continues.First time here. Came with my wife and son on a Tuesday evening. Got there a few minutes before six and was seated immediately. It is a big place, separate bar area that seemed really active while the restaurant side was a little less active.Food and service were both excellent. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Wife had Veal Marsala, son had Lasagna and I, of course, had Veal Parmigiana. Portions were huge (plenty for lunch the next day), fairly priced. Dinner came with soup or salad. Dinner rolls were outstanding. They are unique...haven't had anything like them. Super good.Decent enough drink and wine list. Started with a pre-dinner Manhattan that was the only weak spot in the evening. Weak, didn't seem well crafted. Had a glass of Chianti with dinner that was very good.Physical space seemed clean, neat and well taken care of. We will be coming back!

My family and I used to come here on a weekly basis and sit in the lounge area for their happy hour. They had one of the best fish fry's for lent, too. The lounge area had a nice ambiance. It used to be a good place!Sadly, the happy hour is no longer there along with the good pricing. They seem significantly higher with the fish fry now $25 and my four stuffed shells $23. Everything jumped dramatically in cost. I don't normal mind paying for good food, but unfortunately all of it came out pretty cold. My shells were mediocre, cold, and overpriced. My family ordered pizzas to share which were not hot either. One person gave it a 5/10. My girlfriend's Marsala was good though, so there's that. Everything else appeared very forgettable.Kudos to the wait staff for doing their best when they were short people, but when my father asked a girl for bread, she stared at him, shrugged, and walked away without a word. Very bizarre. Very, very disappointing experience. After coming here for years for Lent and other family gatherings, we decided it was time for a new place.

Asked for extra light sauce on our pizza. Reminded her 2x. Picked up pizza and it was loaded with sauce. I called and asked if I can bring back pizza and make a new one. After being on hold, she responded that they did do light sauce. No offer to make it right. Terrible business model.

Anita from Stancatos got involved in helping me resolve the billing error. She couldn't have be kinder and made the situation right. Because of Anita, we will call it a bad day for the rest of the staff, and will try Stancatos again. We have previously had wonderful experiences, so hoping to once again have that same experience.

I called ahead of time before placing an order for chicken picatta on Door Dash. I wanted to be sure there wouldn't be any Parmesan on it because I'm allergic. In response, this woman snapped that she orders it all the time and there is no cheese on it. I asked her to make sure and she repeated like a parrot what she said about ordering it and there not being cheese on it. She copped a huge attitude and sarcastically goes "Have a nice daaaay!!" Door Dash brings me (wait for it) , chicken PARMESAN. After I told her I was allergic. Thankfully, Door Dash reimbursed me and I ordered from Frankie's in North Olmsted which has consistently great food and even SERVICE. They never once sent me an item I was allergic to!! No attitudes about it either!! Go to Frankie's instead. Or Olive Garden. This place thinks food allergies are a hilarious prank.
