St. Clair Ballroom

Excellent venue. The full windows offer an incredible view. Beautiful set up for a special occasion. Two small bar areas. Various sitting areas outside of the main ballroom. The food was delicious. Very good service. All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant.

I was recently in need of a place for a private dinner for 9 colleagues and a very special guest visiting Cleveland for the first time. After looking at numerous locations around Cleveland we settled on a private dining room in the St. Clair Ballroom. Our group worked with Malisse and Carla to plan the event which was held in February.The private dinner was spectacular. From the food to the service, the evening was perfect. The view from the room is amazing as it looks over the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the lake. We were able to customize a menu which allowed for different choices for each of the guests. Carla was very accessible for calls regarding planning and was very flexible with any special requests we had. She even went out of her way to add our organization's logo to the menus. The room and venue are very highly recommended to anyone planning an event ranging from 5-10 people up to weddings and larger private parties. We certainly hope to book the room again for any dinners our organization plans in the future.

My daughter just had her wedding reception at the Saint Clair Ballroom. Working with Carla and Marquita was wonderful- they were always gracious and their attention to detail was magnificent. The reception went wonderfully and everyone there raved about the food, the service and the beauty of the setting. I could not recommend it more!!
