Spennato's Italian Ristorante

This was a great find! We stopped at the nearby Fleet Feet after a soccer game and decided we needed lunch. We were pretty unfamiliar with the area, so we ended up here simply because we happen to pass by. I am glad we did!Spennato's offers authentic Italian food, plus some traditional "bar food" options like chicken wings. They have booths and tables that are adjacent to a very nice bar, so you can sit in the traditional restaurant style seating area and still have view of a television. It was nice to be able to keep track of the football game! Lol. They also have additional seating areas that could be for regular dining guests or accommodate larger groups. I'll bet they could also host parties in one of those sections. The pre-meal garlic rolls were excellent and the complimentary bread soft and delicious. They have several different pasta types to choose from. I went with the gnocchi and meatballs. Next time we stop here, I'll get the exact same things. My one suggestion would be the meatballs were not as hot as the pasta - maybe they were premade and sitting out? Not a big deal though, they were still very good. We also ordered a pizza to take home and really enjoyed it - even on day 2 after broiling it in the oven. The dessert options looked good, but we were too full. I loved our visit to Spennato's and we will definitely be back!

The atmosphere here is nice and the service was great. The food was good. I had the lobster ravioli and my husband had chicken parmigiana. We also had seafood stuffed mushrooms. You may want to make a reservation as they get busy. We didn't have one and ate at the bar.

The new location doesn't have the same charm as the old but a spacious dining room makes up for it. The food is still old school and brings a variety of Italian favorites to the table. Specials are inventive and tonight's special featured scallops on a bed of pasta drowning in garlic and olive oil. Good but way too rich for the helping size. Everything was enjoyable and it is easily my favorite Italian joint in the area.

Fantastic! Stumbled across this place and had a couple cocktails really enjoyed the atmosphere and the ownership. We went back the next day got dinner. It was beautiful meal, great place!

Good Italian restaurant with home style very good tasting meals, friendly service reasonable pricing.

Delicious Italian for the entire family. Love the half pasta portions so we can try more things.
