Southern Thangs Grub Truck

Very cooly colored and designed food truck that catches your eye and leads you to the great food their serving out of this awesome truck. The gator bites were super tender and juicy, perfectly fried to golden brown perfection, the fries were super hot and crispy, and the sauce went very well with everything, it was smoky, sweet, salty, and a little spicy, perfect with the gator. For everything being fried, it wasn't greasy, heavy, or too salty. Service was super nice and the food came out super hot and fresh.
