If you want some old school authentic Italian food, I'm talking REAL Italian food, not the B.S. that they serve at Olive Garden, then this is your Mecca. This place is the culmination of over 40 years of local Italian heritage, first started decades ago by an old school paisano who swore to always serve his food they way you would receive it from your old world Italian grandmother. There's no messing around with recipes here, your food will taste the same today as it did when he first opened the doors decades ago. It will taste like real Italian food. If you've never had real Italian food, you may be shocked at first at the absence of fake flavor. Real Italian food doesn't come with pomp and circumstance, it comes with love and integrity, both of which can be found within the owner Felice (pronounced: Fey-lee-chay) Maiorca. Best Italian person I've ever met. I've been coming here for so long, that when I was 6, I though Felice was my uncle and that I was Italian. I was disappointed to find out I wasn't. He treated me like family though, and because of this I wanted to work for him, and so did my mother and my sisters. Best work experience and Italian food I've ever had, I'm 41 now and it still sets the bar. Speaking of bar, they serve great wines to compliment your food! (Word of warning: If he really likes you, there is a chance of cheek pinching, with a little loving slap at the end.) Also, they've moved. They are located behind Cracker Barrel, just down the street. Also, also, they serve pizza too, although that's not technically Italian. He does use his own recipe for the dough, sauce, and blend of cheeses. So I guess that makes it Italian by association.

Our server was so cool. Her name was Maureen. She made the dining experience enjoyable. The food was okay. We got garlic bread and stuffed mushrooms to start. The mushrooms were just alright. Nothing special. They tasted like mushrooms stuffed with frozen spinach and they were Luke warm upon arrival to the table. The garlic bread was nothing special. I ordered chicken Florentine and the meal was tasty. I would eat there again because I liked the ambiance of the restaurant and the server.

Great Italian food. Service is always excellent. Pricing is reasonable. If you are looking to go out and celebrate a special occasion with the family or take your significant other out on date nite this is a great place. Classy place with casual dress and atmosphere.
