Solstice Roasters Cafe

My daughters and I stopped in this coffee shop and LOVED it. The barista, Taylor, told us all about the decor, and how much of it was repurposed! Ask them about it - it's a cool story. Also ask her about the pulley system for watering the plants. Such a cool vibe.Anyway, I ordered a hot vanilla latte and it was super good! I loved it so much I came back a couple days later for another cup! Please patronize this coffee shop as I NEED it to stay open! Ha ha!

This little coffee shop is a gem to have right across from the hotel. The coffee was so light and refreshing. I could really taste the difference from Starbucks Caramel Latte. It was not sweet at all but delicious all the same. Coming from Virginia it's hard to find a good coffee shop other than Starbucks.

Great atmosphere and great service from the staff and owner (forgive me if don't get the names right lol) Taylor & Joe!I was staying across the street and hit them up 2x/day the whole time I was there.Great flavor to their espresso roast.Nice atmosphere and spaces to sit and work.Caffeinate me stat!

I was in Cleveland for one day and was hoping to stop by a local coffee shop to get a better sense of the city. I came to Solstice and was met by the friendliest baristas who went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed--even offering to warm my cookie and top off my iced coffee after I put milk in it. I loved the atmosphere and plants in the shop. If I'm ever in Cleveland again I'm coming back!!

They weren't open on Sunday or Monday. It was disappointing, because we were truly looking forward to having some good fresh roasted coffee.

After running past this place year after year during the Turkey trot, I was finally excited that it was opened! I got a drip coffee. It was a blend. It was excellent! 100% recommend. The vibe in here was so cute. It smelled like fresh cut wood. I love all the plants. And I loved how there was a little upstairs! And you can see into the roasting area through the window. The barista was saying how basically everything was repurposed inside, like the owners used rope for the plant pulleys off his old boat, and repurposed uhaul floors for the tables. I also loved that they get their plants from east tech high school! You can tell a lot of thought and love went into this place. It really shows.

My family and I stopped in to check out this new coffee spot and it did not disappoint ! I got a vanilla ice latter and it was great! My sister got a drip coffee and said it was great as well . The barista was so knowledgeable about the history of the building and coffee shop and was so excited to share all her knowledge with us . The spot itself was so nice with lots of plants and seating , making it a great place to relax or get work done . I definitely would recommend !

Beautiful interior with natural light and plants, and fantastic customer service! Good drink and pastry choice. Lovely spot for getting some work done too, good wifi and many charging outlets!

AMAZING coffee!! This place just opened up, and I was lucky enough to stay at the hotel across the street for a work conference and walk over and try this! Their cinnamon honey latte is the best latte i've ever had. Blows Sbux out of the water. 10/10 absolutely recommend!
