I had high hopes going in. A gas station that also makes food is a place I have a bit of a soft spot for. As for customer service I think I was discriminated against on account I have all my teeth, but I'm absolutely willing to look past that for good food. My sandwich (Italian) was sub par from the bread to the meats. The mozzarella sticks were served without marinara; After checking with North Ridgeville Police Department I was surprised to find out that this was not at least a misdemeanor because it should be. I'm willing to upgrade to 4 stars if on the next visit I try the gyro or something else hot and enjoy it.

Ordered this establishment through uber eats and they accepted the order. After waiting for over an hour while they pushed the order back further and further. As the last minute the restaurant decided to cancel it after we waited for over an hour it never even got to the point of pick up. That is the worst customer service and poor treatment of a customer. Now it is so late it is too late to order from anywhere else. They should have had the good sense to say we could not fulfill this order in the first place. I will not be back if that is how they are going to treat their customers.

I had my New Year's Eve party catering done by them. I got wings, Jojo's, tenders, and subs. The best thing I could have done the food was delicious. Not one complaint from the 150 guests. Thanks to everyone at snappys for what you guys did and for going above and beyond what u guys do. Thanks!!!

Try the fat boy burger ! If you like Mr. Hero , you will like this. The loaded fries , with steak or chicken, is a meal all by itself. Watch the sauces! They maybe addictive, but do have a slight bite to them.

I don't usually eat at gas stations, but this place had the best gyro and amazingly creative delicious sandwiches. I had a Westside eric and the big fat daddy coronary on a bun. Both excessively exceeded my expectations.As far as decor and quickness of food preparation? It's a gas station.
