I was introduced to Sloane's by a good friend. We typically hung out at Boothe's but the crowd kept getting rowdier so I was in search of a new spot. Sloane's has a relaxed easy to hang out in atmosphere. The crowd is usually regulars most of which are friendly and talkative. Generally speaking there are not the typical Lakewood college kids or loud drunks. Bartenders are friendly and conversational. Not quite mixologists but they make consistently good drinks and always treat customers well. The drinks are reasonably priced and they have a great selection of whiskies for the size of the bar. Definitely a treasure known mostly only to locals. Shoutout to my favorite bartenders Kim and Madison!

Holy smokes! Shuffle board, photo hunt, $3 Moscow mules and $1 Jello shots, this place is a hidden GEM. Sloane pub is going to be my new favorite spot. We had so much fun here this past weekend and took advantage of all the games and drink specials. The Moscow mule was really good and so cheap. On top of all that, our bartender was so sweet and very friendly. There were only A few other people in the bar so it was as if we had the whole place to ourselves. It's in a very random location in between Nature's Bin grocery store and the Dollar Tree. An entire parking lot for parking which is nice. When you first walk in you would probably think, "what a dive" but it's actually very nice and clean inside. I highly recommend checking it out because they have a lot to offer. And who doesn't love shuffle board?!? 5 stars hands down. My new favorite pub :)

Last night we were in Lakewood and my friends requested that we come here. Although, they call the Sloane Pub "The Hairless Hamster". I don't know why they call it that, but they do. When a night starts going south, the idea to salvage the night together is either "The Hamster" or The Lido.

This is the hole in the wall bar to end all hole in the wall bars.Everything needs a modern update in the place except for the drink prices.Friendly staff, and they always have $1 jello shots. It's a fun place to start and/or finish your evenings when in Lakewood.

I love the sloane pub!!! Just good people drinking at a resonable price and getting the service deserved. All the bartenders take the time to speak to you like a person and not just a sale. There is an old timey juke box that you can play music on and an old fashion shuffle board table.

We come here sometimes after a long Sunday Funday. Staff is great and super accommodating to us. They food is great. Well if you like Chinese. Order next store at the joint right next store and bring it in. They even pass out paper plates. Oh ya, one hell of a Moscow Mule. If you are not looking to party, not your spot.

Sloane Pub is fantastic! It's located in a plaza along with a Dollar Tree and laundromat while barely recognizable as you drive by. But just let me say-- this is the dive bar to check out! Small and cozy, totally chill, and has wonderful bartenders. Plus, drink prices are a steal!! Enjoy a $3 Moscow Mule while you browse through an old school juke box. You will love this bar!

I love The Sloane! It has cheap drink prices, a great crew of bar tenders and the best shuffleboard table in lakewood. As for the comment that Sloane is 'dirty' and 'divey', well, maybe compared to some other places such as Johnny Malloys or Mccarthys it may seem like a 'dive', but thank god for that, because the atmosphere of The Sloane is the best part. It's a great place for cold beers, low prices, and a good time.

Love this place. But i know tequila verrrrry well. And i know when it's off. And i had the hemador 1800 and it tasted really weak. 100% sure someone watered that bottle down. I have bartended for years i know watered down alc. When i taste it. Super bummed but really a lame way to cheat patrons and save money.
