I really wanted to like this place and gave it a few chances, but we've had a horrendous experience every time. It's overpriced, your food mysteriously never arrives, and their customer service team ignores all emails.

Awesome seats!We were invited to a birthday party for a reserved theater room. Everything was ready to go when we got there with popcorn and drinks set up. You get a smart remote to login into your accounts to watch water you want or you can connect to Bluetooth to mirror your phone screen. The staff was friendly coming in and asking us if we need anything extra and then checking on us throughout the time. The seats were comfortable and easy to use. Great popcorn too!

The theater seats were very worn out and didn't have a call button to summon a waiter (other dine in theaters I've been to have this feature). We ordered our food at the bar and it gets delivered at your seat. The food was tasty. But our orders were messed up. And they unfortunately never brought our drinks. Since there was no call button and we didn't want to miss any of the movie - I had to use my cell phone to call the front to bring us our drinks. They finally brought us our drinks after calling - and they were the wrong drinks. Ugh!

This is a bougie movie theatre! I mean, even the bathrooms are fancy! I had a really hard time finding parking until I realized that there is a lot behind the theatre with plenty of space. To enter the theatre, you go through a nice bar. This confused me at first and I thought I was in the wrong place. Once I bought a ticket and got situated, I was a happy lady. The space is clean, comfortable and the chairs are the large luxury chairs that recline. I really enjoyed seeing a movie here and will definitely return.

I know there's a ton of not-so-great reviews for this theater, but in the handful of times I've gone so far, it's been wonderful. The theater is in a wonderful location in Pinecrest, great for dining, walking around and shopping. It's a pretty big space. When you walk in, you immediately see a bar where you can order some drinks and food. I normally opt to wait until I enter the theater.Once you go into your specific theater (open 30 minutes before the movie time), you are greeted by waiters/waitresses ready to take your order. If you prefer less social interaction, you can use the QR code on your table. You need to order your food before the movie time. Food comes out either right before or during the trailers. The chairs are huge and comfy. I love that they recline all the way and that the separator in the middle of the seats can be moved if desired. Food is ok, not high restaurant quality but better than I would expect for a theater. Portions are big and price is actually ok as well.I love movies so I love coming here to have an elevated movie night. Haven't tried their drinks yet so that'll be next!

My boyfriend and I went to go see Godzilla and Kong yesterday. We did not buy our tickets in advance but we showed up 30 mins before the movie was set to begin. We purchase our tickets and the first thing I ask is will there be a waitress in the theater to take our order? They say no, all servers are heading home for the night. Mind you, it's 10pm so I say okay. My boyfriend ask, "how do we order food?" She says through the app or at the bar. He proceeds to ask which is easier? She states the bar.We go to the bar to ask for a menu. The bartender was extremely rude as if we asked her to show up for work that day. Instead of handing us menus she tells us the menus are at the end of the bar. Well okay then. She finally comes back and ask us what we wanted? I started to say the order and she immediately cut me off to inform me that they stop serving food at 10pm. You can only imagine our faces. We proceed to our theater in which it is now 10:30pm and our movie is set to start at 10:40pm. We are stopped at the door and told they are still cleaning we have to wait. We waiting until 10:40pm and walked in. Unfortunately, the theater was still a mess as I brushed off our seats. 10:48pm approaches and not a commercial, sponsor, preview is showing let alone the actual movie. I leave our the theater to get someone to inform them the movie is not playing but I run into what I assume is a manager standing in the door way stating we know we're trying to get it started. (Would announcement to inform us if that kill you?) very long story short... the movie did not start until 11pm. People ordered their food off the app that never came and I guess it's safe to say that this theater has office went down hill.

Place was clean. But service SUCKED. We arrived 30 minutes before our 9:15 show. We was greeted promptly when we got to our seats. We were the second group to enter. We order 3 appetizers, 1 soft drink, and 1 alcoholic drink. The soft drink came first about 20 minutes later our food finally arrived after asking about it. An hour later my husband went up to ask about my drink and he brought it back to our seats. It was our date night and it was not a great start. Hopefully the movie will be good- won't be back.

Really torn over whether I'd recommend going here versus somewhere else. The building looked new but then seats in the theater were worn and paint was chipping off the bathroom stall walls. Food was not bad, but wasn't that great. I got a basic chicken tenders with fries and it was a bit overcooked.Service for me and my family was pretty fast, which was a plus, and movie viewing experience was good.My experience wasn't bad just mediocre compared to other theaters in the area.

This movie theater feels like a solution, looking for a problem. Why can't I go to a counter and buy popcorn like every other movie theater I visit? Instead, I had to wait for someone to take my order, wait 30 minutes for them to deliver a water bottle, and interrupt the people next to me, trying to find who purchased the water. Good luck trying trying to find someone to place an order with during the movie. IThe food is okay, but the pricing is absurd, and the service is lousy. The seats and headrests are falling apart. Finally, the service fee is offensive. What service am I paying for since I bought the tickets online and showed someone a bar code to get them? If you want to charge more for the tickets, do so, but don't try to sneak a service charge in to generate additional revenue. It's offensive. If you want to charge for a premium offering, you should attempt to provide a premium product.

So about 6 months ago this place was really run down and dirty and I left a very poor review. Today ,I am amending that review as I went back the other evening to see Werewolves and the place looked and smelled clean, the staff were professional and friendly, the chicken strips were 10/10 good!! Now this is the Silverspot Cinema I remember from years ago!! Way to go to get it back on track!! I'll be back!!
