If you love Broasted Chicken, this is the place! Yelp had great ratings and it was spot on. So crispy juicy and tasty it's all you want in a fried chicken, yet those that know will agree there's something special about Broasted Chicken. The service was kind and helpful for me a newcomer. The store was fine but it's a take out place with no seating. I had to eat a piece in the car it smelled so good! Oh and the Taters are a great compliment too.

We stopped in on a whim and ended up ordering a chicken dinner and fish dinner. We also had hush puppies and 3 pieces of cheesecake. The young man behind the counter was super helpful and patient with our questions. I wish I had asked his name! The front counter employees were also nice. Everything was delicious. Great overall experience.

If I'm having a party or just hungry for something that taste homemade I always go to Showcase. Besides having the best chicken and Jo Jo's , their daily specials are as close to homemade as you can get. They have a wonderful selection of pies, cakes and cookies that you can pick out for dessert as well. When I do feel like cooking you can bet that's when I'm getting my meat too. I've never been disappointed in their pork chops, hamburger, roast or their Del Monica steaks. The deli always has some fresh sides to complement any meal your making. It's definitely a one stop shop.

I specifically ordered all dark for my 12 piece. It wasn't. Many white . The chicken had been cooked in really old grease and this was ordered at 12 noon It was the worst food ever gotten there. Check your orders. Paid $30 and was waited on by someone who kept yawning in my face. Hate to see a good place go bad like this. Made me wait 5 minutes on the phone to talk to someone. Cynthia

Good day. I am reaching out today to express my overall disappointment in our order from this past weekend. We ordered 8 half sheet pizzas. First let me tell you that we generally love your food and pizza. We actually frequently drive from North Canton all the way up here to get pizza, chicken and Jo-Jo. Which is why when we were having my daughters 7th birthday at the Akron Zoo getting pizza from you guys was a no brainer. The timing was great and the service was great as well. However, when we got to the zoo and opened the pizza for the first time we were, to say the least, shocked at the appearance of it. They were very small compared to the size of the box, most of the crust was over done, the amount of toppings was limited (some slices of sausages didn't even have one sausage on it, most had 1-3 pieces on it). The crust seemed like it was store bought crust with no flavor. To say we were shocked and disappointed is an understatement.

The chicken was good, 2 pieces (of 8) had spots on the bottom of the pieces that looked uncooked, maybe they had to much moisture where they sat. JoJo's were decent, tender and good flavor. Unless you LOVE black pepper, SKIP the hot rice. The black pepper was overwhelming. Some of the onions were like leather and inedible, and for my taste the tomatoes were a little too chunky. Outstanding customer service. I misunderstood about the pre-ordering of the meat bundles and came a long ways. A very kind employee with a reddish beard as well as a nice woman with glasses and a great smile made my shopping experience there wonderful as they fill my order by hand.Great place,excellent employees .
