Sheetz

If I could give zero stars, I would. Despite there not being many people inside, we waited 25 minutes for our food. My husband's came out wrong, it took ten more minutes to fix it but then they said it would be longer for hash browns. We said we'd take it without them, so we got an ice cold sandwich. They gave us a couple drink coupons (which we'd never use) and we left. Ive never seen such a lack of urgency in my life. Everyone behind the counter looked like they were working in slow motion. What a mess.

Rt 91 and I90 Willoughby LocationFilthy. Trash bins overflowing with trash and food all over the ground. Limited windshield squeegees and absolutely NO washing fluid/water in any of the receptacles. Gross.

This location is filthy. The floors were horrendous and the machines were mostly broken. Every surface in this place has been neglected. Severely run down, which is sad because it's such a great area and fairly new.

I'm not one to usually leave ratings but this new Sheetz here is exactly what willoughby needed. It's always clean and the staff is really polite. Their slushee machine is on point and don't even get me started on their snacks and food. You wouldn't think a gas station would have good food but I go to sheetz at least twice a week for their personal pan pizzas. They're only about 3 bucks and they're super filling. And their milk shakes are seriously to die for. Make sure you get an Oreo milk shake. Highly recommend this sheetz location it's way better than the others I've been to
