I've long awaited to visit this place. Depending on where you're coming from, you have to fight the traffic circle once or twice on your journey here. Parking here is plentiful and I was browsing the store and found some of my favorite hard to find drinks, food, fruits and various hard to find items. It's definitely not cheap but for the health conscious that want to support a small organization, this is the place to go!

It's mostly processed junk foods that happen to be gluten-free but that are still really bad for you. The produce section is usually very tired, and prohibitively expensive. That said, there are lots of supplements if that's what you need. Just not much for good, fresh, healthy, real food.

They had me at "buy one get one free gluten free pies." They are going to keep me because of a great selection of gluten free options. On a delivery, I drove by the Seven Grains sign on SR261 near Tallmadge Circle. I went off the clock immediately after the drop-off and scooted back. For me, gluten free is not a choice--- I have celiac disease. I spend most of my life politely declining dessert rather than explain. We get sick of hearing "it's only a little bit of gluten!" "I made it! Try it it's good!" If I could eat cake and bread without suffering, I gladly would. It's not personal: it's an autoimmune disease. Places like Seven Grains make life a happier ride. For me, the 5th star hinges on grab and go options.

I admit it, I am a closet health freak. Whew, it feels so good to get that off my chest. This place has given me the courage to come out. My name is Raymond, and I care about my health.Small and family owned, just like I love it. Supporting small businesses has to be one of my favorite things to do. Everyone I have encountered at Seven Grains has been kind and helpful. Reading the past reviews, you'd think it was Boris and Natasha running this joint.....far from that in my opinion. The produce is high in price, this is true. Some of it extremely so. But, what can I expect? Being small and local, they pay a premium to get this stuff....and it trickles down to the consumer. 90% of the produce looks very nice. The other 10% I just wouldn't touch. They have a fantastic GF section (gluten free for those not with the program). Some of the best in the area in my humble opinion. Worth a go for the GF groupies like me! A vast array of supplements, bulk items and snack type foods. I love the selection they have across the board. Truly one of the things I like best about this place! Parking is plentiful and convenient. So no worries there. Give this place a go....get your healthy groove on Yelpers!

I got sucked into the idea of organic and healthy food. However, beware of ready made deli foods. Thee items are loaded with sugar and salt. The owners have gotten very arrogant over the years. I rarely go there anymore.

This place is disgusting on may different level! . First off, I can't even find the words to describe how disrespectful and unprofessional the owner is, he is constantly putting down his staff ! I have been shopping here on & off for a little over a year and it is one continuous cluster f*ck of bad energy. I have heard the owner chewing out staff members with his office door wide open for all customers to hear & see, screaming at drivers ...they might work for another company but they work for him when they're on his property is roughly what I heard him yelling through the back doors. And this week he was nagging a cashier about how she's not allowed to pull through the parking spots because " We need to be like -minded and all park the same way"..." Cheyenne has a name for people who pull through parking spaces"...seriously! Just be lucky your employees show up to work on time! Especially since you clearly can't keep them! They are constantly hiring and I always see new faces- says a lot about how the business is run and the staff is treated. But the owner is just part of the problem, you definitely have to check for expired food at this place!!! Almost every single time I see mold on the breads/bakery items or something is expired. I've even seen vitamins with a 2011 expiration date still on the shelf!!! The shelves are covered in dust or rusted out cases. They FINALLY got new freezers but I noticed the prices went up shortly afterwards. The only reason I shop here is because they do offer some gluten free items you can't find in other chain stores ... If you feel similar, I strongly suggest pulling through the parking spots every single time !

I like to support local businesses, and have gone to 7 Grains over the years to get supplements. I never had such awful service as today. In a day where customers have to be choosy where they shop as we all have less money to work with, you would think that the employees would be trained to greet customers and attempt to give the customer a HAPPY experience, even if your personality is a depressed one, if you work retail you fake it and smile and greet and be helpful and positive. I was treated like I was going to steal something, the lady who asked me if I needed anything was not friendly about it. The cashier did not greet me AT ALL, NOTHIN. I felt like I was in a prison being watched and disrespected because I was some criminal. NOT HOW I WANT TO SPEND MY PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY. Not going here again, will drive farther to support those who will appreciate people who actually give them their paycheck. And there were older ladies who should know better. Rude. Shocking. And I spent over $50 on vitamins, that is $50 I am not using for gas or other things because I need vitamins. So another business will get my money and everyone I know. Rudeness is a deal breaker...why would a customer want a crappy experience?

Quality and customer service at this store is truly exceptional! It is like getting in a time machine and going back to a time when good people and genuine customer service mattered. Madison especially is an angel. Thx!
