Great pizza . Always taste great and fresh . Friendly and pizza is always ready on time .

The only thing I liked about this place was that they sold pizza by the slice. After eating the slice, I could I didn't like anything about this pie. A pizza crust is supposed to be dense and crispy. This was like bread. The sauce was more like spaghetti sauce and the cheese and pepperoni were very low quality. We won't be back.

Owner says It's too difficult to put the correct prices and items on their website. As a result, I paid for something they were out of or no longer offer. A real disappointment when ordering pizza for a family get-together. I called the store and eventually reached young people that couldn't care less if there was an issue with the order. On a positive note, if you reach out to the store on their website, the owner does read the complaints. I left my number for a Manager call back. Don't bother making suggestions though, the owner is overly defensive and communicates that they do everything correctly. While talking to the owner, I realized "the customer is always WRONG". Poor food quality for the price. Too many better options for pizza in Lorain. I gave Selenti's Pizza my last shot. I never thought anything I have eaten from there was worth the money. Frozen items from the grocery heated in the oven is just as good.

UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER. BURNED FOOD.Went in for the taco pizza which was great the first time I had it. This time the crust was very dark/over cooked however, and not good-tasting at all. I called and let the person who answered know that my pizza was burned. The person on the other end of the line abruptly told me "no it wasn't." Needless to say I was flabbergasted, so I brought the pizza back to the restaurant to show them. A young person came up to help me, who I showed the burned bottom, and at least the guy had the decency to look ashamed. I asked to speak to the manager, after which a man popped his head from around the corner where they prepare the food and barked at me " I'm going to give you your money back." I recognized his voice from the phone conversation earlier, so I realized at that point I wasn't going to be getting any kind of apology so I took my money and left. The young man offered me back the burned pizza and said he was sorry for everything. I asked him if the rude man was the owner, and he shook his head yes. I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience. It's sad when a teenaged employee has more manners and business etiquette than the owner. I guess he figures since it's his place he can do whatever he wants. That's fine, I'll never visit this establishment again, and judging from reviews I'm not the only person who has had the same issues. Newsflash Sir, no one wants $20 burnt pizza served with an attitude. There are too many other options. Good luck.

I ordered off doordash which I've been looking for a privately owned pizza place here in Lorain (Lorain seems to be flooded with commercial pizza joints) so I gave selentis a try. I ordered the Chicago deep dish and it was delicious! I'm used to the pizza places in Cleveland as I'm from Cleveland and recently moved to Lorain. Definitely found my new pizza spot to buy from here. Super relieving as I went all the way to Cleveland for some angelos last week

Omg....haven't had Selenti's pizza since '76!!It was excellent today, THE BEST dough, can't wait to try their sub sandwiches. Ok, I was weak and bought Rich's, the owner, homemade chocolate chip cookies. YUMMY, u must try them, I'm not a "cookie" person, but Selenti's has converted me. Great food! And an absolutely wonderful menu!

For a quick slice this pizza is priced right and hearty. I would compare it to a Marcos done right. The crust was a bit hard but that's to be expected as it was sitting in the warmer. Fast easy convenient and delicious thanks

I moved to Lorain almost 2 years ago, this place I see every day and always wanted to try! It's amazing! Nice and crisp, yummy, definitely a fan for life!

My aunt had called to find out details about when my uncle had bought pizza from here due to him being found dead in his house. We were with police trying to ask for a time that he may have came in so we could locate a time of death. While on the phone my aunt, who is in shock and crying after walking in on her dead brother, was put on hold for quite some time with no further details on whether or not someone was looking, so she hung up and called back. Upon calling back the man on the phone was rude and snapped at her "You're holding up my lines!". We called later to speak to a manager and the man who said he said this was the owner. My Sister proceeded to say "Do you not understand she's in shock trying to give details to police as quickly as possible so that's why she hung up? She just found her brother dead" To which said owner replied, "Oh I'm 61 years old, I've been in shock plenty of times."Do you lack empathy? Do you not understand the shock she was in? Do you not have patience or a heart? Please reevaluate your choices as an human and have more understanding. You being rude made this time harder for my family than it already was. I understand you have customers calling and you may be busy but is it really difficult to be kind? To communicate with someone who is having a difficult time? I hope you learn to be more empathetic with people because you were awful to my family when we at a very fragile moment.

Great to stop and get a couple of slices. My wife and I both really like their pizza.
