Sand Trap Grill & Bar

Food is really good. Ample portions too. This place is under rated by far. Under new ownership and it is really a nice place. I can't understand why this hidden gem isn't packed.

Wings were just good and my wife loved her sandwich. Bar maids were friendly and on point. Regulars were friendly and the place was clean. Smaller menu not a ton of choices but I suppose you don't need a lot when it's done right.

Checked out Sand Trap last night. I just want to give a shout out to the chef, Jason. His pizzas are made with homemade crust and homemade sauce. They taste great while your at the bar listening to music having a few drinks but even better the next day for lunch.

I went to Sand Trap Grill for the first time on a Friday. Great atmosphere and very clean. There was a band playing classic rock which, was awesome. Drinks were very cheap and the food was good and also cheap. Staff was very sweet and accommodating! Highly recommend for casual Friday fun.

I have been to this location at least once with each new owner (it was our hangout when it was the Den!), but now I have reason to start coming back again! It's a really cozy little bar, but it's clean and has a great area for playing pool. Our waitress, Theresa, told us she was new, but she was great at handling our big, boisterous party. We never had to wait long for refills or for anything else we needed. The food is better than your average bar food... We got the tater tots (which were delish!) and I had the buffalo chicken sliders. The bread that they were on was incredible! It was some kind of Asiago bun that was so fresh, soft, and flavorful that anything on it would have been perfect. The chicken was very spicy, so people who don't deal with spice beware! I love spice though so it was great for me. The only real complaint I have is that the drinks seemed very weakly made... We all noticed how very red the vodka and cranberry seemed, so perhaps stick with beer or wine if you're looking for a little bit of "happy juice!"

Welcome back SandTrap. Great atmosphere food is fantastic. (My go to is the burgers and of course the tater tots). Lots of drink choices.

We decided to try the sand trap because it had good reviews and it was close to home. As we walked into the bar for the first time, we were looking forward to trying something new.No greeting. There was nobody at the front, so we just sat at an empty table (everyone was sitting at the bar). We sat there for a couple of minutes before a bartender came over and asked us what we wanted with an attitude and negative tone. Since we didn't have a menu, we didn't know anything to order. We ordered drinks and asked for a menu. The bartender /waitress just seemed like she hated all of the customers and didn't want to be there. I know it's tough times, but we you could at least smile and seem like you want to help customers. We were a chore to her. The atmosphere was uninviting and we felt forgotten. Don't waste your time coming here if you want a good experience, or any good service at all.

First of all, the waitress, who was very very sweet, didn't wear a mask, which I thought was a health department requirement. My pizza was very burnt and not good at all. My husband liked his sandwich, so that's a plus. Again, the server was very sweet, I just wish Fox News wasn't on all of the TVs and she was wearing a mask.

The service here is terrible. We were here for over an hour and only saw our server once. She attentively waited on the tables surrounding us every 5 minutes. We noticed we were the youngest group in the bar and chalked it up to age discrimination. If you're under the age of 45 don't waste your time here.
