Definitely worth a visit, and return visits. Went here on a Saturday for dinner with the family. We had meatball app, buff mozz ball app, a few different pasta entrees, cheesesteak sandwiches and desserts. Everything was on point. I'm not one that cares about giant portions - food quality is more important. But this place delivers on both. And service was great!!

First time visiting San Marino Italian Social. I learned about them on Nextdoor app from a person who said their pasta is fantastic. I ordered a large meat lovers pizza for takeout. I ordered the pizza over the phone. Ordering and picking up the pizza was easy and quick.The following is a description of my experience of the pizza.Smell. When I put the pizza in my car I could smell garlic, yeast, and meats. It smelled wonderful and made my mouth water. Weird Cut. Whoever cut the pizza probably never cut a pizza before. Or I'm confused. It seemed like they were confused and didn't know if the cut should be classic, square, or strips. Check out on if my pics for proof. Uneven cook. One side of the pizza was cooked longer than the other. See my pics for proof. One side was darker and crunchy than the other side. Ingredients. Quality ingredients. The sausage was spicy and the size of a nickel. The bacon had a hint of maple and the big flavor.Dough. Several air bubbles. Some large. Firm with a tiny crisp. Dry. Yeasty. Sauce. There was barely any sauce on the pizza. It tasted like they made their own sauce from San Marino peeled tomatoes which would be cool if they do. When I was able to taste the sauce it was somewhat insipid and seemed to have a medium body. Cheeee. Stretchy. Mildly Milky. Generous. Distributed over the entire pizza but more toward the center. Crust on the edge. Width is about an inch and half and about 1/4 thick. One side was crunchy like a cracker and the other side as softer. I think they spread garlic on the crust. It was like eating a pita bread crust. The crust had air bubbles and it looked like a split pita. The crust was flat. I appreciated the quality, generous, and flavorful ingredients, mouth watering smells, and the cheese. The sauce, dough, crust, uneven bake, and weird cut were a little disappointing.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food is delicious! I had the cheese ravioli with meat sauce. The salads are wonderful and they make their own ranch and Italian dressing not typical iceberg salad would definitely recommend and go back!

Second time here & even more pleased! First...the taste/flavors: I had Alfredo/pesto with chicken: I've never had a better pesto flavor, & the chicken was tender & juicy. My husband had chicken parm & he cleared his plate. Finally, the raspberry/mascarpone dessert was TO DIE FOR! Best dessert I've had in a long time!Super friendly service...& huge portions. First time we went for dinner, this time lunch. So yum!!!!

I heard many good things about this place. Decided to try it. I ordered Chicken Alfredo as this was supposed to be the best thing on the menu. I was surprised about the menu. Alfredo alone was I believe 14 dollars. Adding Chicken was another 5 dollars or so. Seemed kinda expensive but I ordered it. Chicken was great. Breaded nicely and had a nice cook on it. I had a problem with the Alfredo sauce. Wasn't cheesy tasting at all nor did it have garlic. Just bland. Salad with house dressing was great. Bread was just so-so. Kinda tasted like char a little bit but wasn't burnt. Got alot of food but for me it was expensive for the Alfredo. Maybe other menu choices would be better for me

I just ate there (11/18/2024) with my cousin, her recommendation, and it was amazing. Chef Perry came out and spoke personally with us. I can't give them enough Kudos for their food and service! A must have place to go!!!This is NEW owners since May 2024, and from what I understand it's a 360 turn from what it was in the past!!!!!

I ordered a calzone and cannoli to go. These were ordered based on pics on DoorDash and they did not disappoint!! One of the best calzones I've ever had. The dough was perfectly cooked. The cannoli was light and crispy and the filling delish!! The owner was very kind and took his time to make sure my order was correct.Definitely will be back and highly recommend!!!

The funny thing is that I just moved into the neighborhood and I was searching for an Italian restaurant. Someone told me about San Marino and said they would leave work and go there if they could because it's that good so I decided to go give it a try. I had no idea it was practically across the street. It's very unassuming on the outside but wow! Some of the best food I've eaten in a long time. The host was kinda like a zombie. He wasn't very engaging but the server had a great personality and was very sweet. The place was good enough for me to go on YELP and I never do that. Loved it!
