Very nice breakfast. The service is quick. The ladies are attentive. This is a simple place but definitely always a great meal. Highly recommend!

Arrived for my breakfast as I have many times before to this lovely, presented family owned restaurant... ambiance relaxed and casual . Always consistently delicious and well prepared. Service is on point with proper etiquette.....server returned back after five minutes of food being served to see if I needed anything else and asked how the food wasIn addition to the food being consistently well prepared the prices here are excellent and that is an important factor for many families in recent times

Good service with polite waitstaff to see if you needed coffee refills or ketchup. Food takes it time to get to table, yet it was an appropriate time. Not too fast or slow. This is a small dinner yet they pack in maybe 20 or so tables and booths. There is also a breakfast bar with a few seats. Daily specials are written on a board above the door.

We stopped here on a Saturday morning and were able to get in right away. It is a cute hometown restaurant, just the kind we like! It is very clean and well-maintained. We ordered breakfast and we did not have to wait too long for it to be served. Now the pros and cons:Pros-the food had a really good flavor and they give you had plenty of food! Everyone in the restaurant seemed enjoy the food from what we could tell. The servers were very friendly and attentive, but they did not smother you! The coffee was good and hot. And the prices here are good too!!Cons- while the food had good flavor, the eggs and potatoes were not hot, I guess I would say they were warm. Also, is it just me or can someone tell me why restaurants keep their silverware someplace cold, so that when you get ready to dig into your nice warm food you're digging in with an ice cold fork? Ugh. And this might seem like a small thing but the when the plates came out, they were pretty sloppy -with drips over the edges of the plate. Look at the pictures you'll see what I mean. It is not a dealbreaker but it is not a very nice appetizing presentation.All in all, this is a Friendly Hometown diner, and we will come back when we are in the area. The service was really good. The prices were good and if they just serve the food while it's still hot, that would give them another star!

This place wasn't great with the previous owner, but was acceptable. Now with the new owner, it has really went downhill. The food quality is the lowest quality possible.

I've been begging Andrew to go here for months, probably almost a year at this point. It's not even 10 minutes from us and they just looked like they had amazing food. I was right!!We stopped here spur of the moment Friday night about 7pm. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the menu because of how long it took me to decide what to get. They had so many options, between all day breakfast, steaks, and seafood. The menu was quite big and I was stuck between 4 different things. I decided to get the pierogi dinner and Andrew got the meatloaf. Our meals came with a potato, vegetable, soup, salad, and roll. My meal did not come with a potato, but I wasn't worried about it in the end. For soup, we had the choice of clam chowder, stuffed pepper, or chicken noodle. Andrew chose chicken noodle and I went with the stuffed pepper. Both were very good! So good I forgot to get pictures as you can see my half eaten bowl. Salad was good, both the Italian and ranch seemed to be homemade and were delicious. The rolls were so fresh I wish I had another one. Andrew said the meatloaf was delicious, but did ask for extra gravy. He said it was a lot of meat, and that's coming from a major carnivore. I told him to put his had you to compare just how big their plates and portions were! The green beans were good, but didn't appear to be seasoned. The Pierogies were VERY good, I love them and hardly get to eat them. Neither of us were able to finish all our food, but at this point we had to get dessert. We tried to be responsible and take it to-go, but of course the pudding had to be eaten there. It was SO good, it was thick, but light at the same time. I've been dying to go here for breakfast and told Andrew before we even got food we were coming back to do so. For both of our meals, soft drinks, and a coffee, our bill was just under $25. We both agreed this may be our new weekly spot as we unfortunately eat a lot of fast food with our jobs and busy lifestyle.

We had a lovely time ordering from this restaurant! I got the country fried steak, smothered in a LOT of gravy. With the soup, salad, meal, mashed potatoes, and drink, there was a ton of food for under 20 bucks. Awesome! The service was good, it seems to be a very family oriented joint with some regulars. Even though it says that the restaurant is open until 9, we seemed to be the last ones in the restaurant slightly before 8. The service was efficient, though there was a slight air of the servers wanting to get out of there, which is super fair to be honest!!

Deluxe omelette & Everything omelette still very good!! Ali was a very good waiter!!! They all help each other out here!!! Usually very efficient!! Clean place with daily specials!! Tried lunch & dinner here, also very good!!! Hidden gem in Grand River!!! Highly Recommend if in the area!!!

Very good value & clean. The waitress spent just the right amount time following up, allowing us to actually eat. Hadn't been down that way in a while so was pleased that the food and service was excellent as it was last time I was there, which was over a year. Neighborhood environment.
