The North Olmsted restaurant's lunch buffet is offered daily. On weekdays, the lunch buffet costs $15 per person. Since my friend and I went to the restaurant on the weekend, the lunch buffet cost each of us $18 (note: all prices are subject to change due to the menace that is inflation). My friend and I both believed that we definitely got our money's worth. The buffet selection was a tad on the small side, but nearly everything we tried was delicious. I filled up my first of several plates with tandoori chicken, biryani, butter chicken, chicken 65, naan, and papdi chaat.Everything on my first plate was delicious. The butter chicken was moist and covered in a mild but flavorful and creamy curry that was so worth the havoc it would later wreak upon my lactose-intolerant body. The naan was perfect for soaking up every drop of that tasty curry. The chicken 65 was juicy and a bit spicy (however, it was a perfectly manageable level of spice for a certified spice wimp like me, and it didn't deter me from getting seconds), and the papdi chaat was a pleasant mix of tangy, sweet, and savory flavors.Really, the only complaint I had with my first plate was with the tandoori chicken. It was flavorful, but I did wish that the meat was less dry. However, did that stop me from picking the bones clean? Nope. With ensuing plates, I tried some Thai curry (a bit unremarkable and not as flavorful as the butter chicken but not bad by any means; it was savory and a little sweet from coconut milk), paneer tikka masala (I enjoyed the curry; however, I'm not entirely sure if I enjoyed the paneer, and I definitely would have preferred to have chicken tikka masala), and cauliflower Manchurian (not bad and a bit spicy; the fried cauliflower was cooked well, crispy on the outside while being moist on the inside). And lastly, for dessert, I got some gulab jamun. The little fried dough balls were soaked in a delightfully sweet syrup that might be cloyingly sweet in a larger portion; however, the 2 balls I had made for a pleasantly sweet ending to the meal.

We went here for my birthday and goodness it was amazing! I picked this restaurant since my parents never tried Indian food before and I saw they also had a Chinese menu. The day we went the Asian chef was not there so they did inform us they only had the Indian menu. Overall the food was good. We will be back. One negative was I asked for more spice than the dish my mom got and mine was not spicy at all but hers was so I do think there was an error with spice there. It was quiet and they were accommodating to put on a ball game the guys wanted to watch. The staff was amazing and even gave me a treat for my birthday.

Second time trying here and got it delivered this time. Food all came hot still which was nice. I got the butter chicken and it was very flavorful. The Aloo Vindaloo was delicious. Lamb Biryani and Chicken Chittenad were both good too. Good class Indian in North Olmsted, can't go wrong with any dish you order.

(3rd time eating here)FOOD: Stuffed Paneer Pakora 4/10 - wasn't really tasty in my opinion, but wasn't disgusting. Fish Amritsari 8/10Goat Rogan Josh 8/10Mango Lassi 10/10!! (Thick mango drink)Chicken Tikka Masala 7/10Lamb Korma 10/10!!!Atmosphere: Spacious enough for a good sized restaurant to host parties & celebrations. Booths, regular tables and high tops at the bar. Rarely do I feel there's a designated server even if I'm the only table being served. Servers seem soft spoken and can be difficult to hear what they're trying to say. They are more than willing to help/accommodate you.

Great service. Excellent food quality. Family vibe. Ive been a regular here for a while now. It's tops in northeast Ohio for consistently authentic food. They even have a "street food" menu, just like being there. Downside: their mango lassies are too small a portion. Yum yum. And their rice pudding is... just go there already!!

One of the favorite Indian restaurants in the NE Ohio area - we have been here many times with a small group and a large group of 17 guests, and we have always had a great experience. We opt for vegetarian entrees, and the food is always tasty and consistently good. Zarna along with her professional staff always makes us feel welcome and provides excellent service. She is great with suggestions if you show up with a big group, and you can trust her in catering to all the members of our group to make sure you have a great experience.I would greatly recommend Saffron Patch West Near Great Northern Mall in North Olmstead for a tasty Indian meal with professional service and a great ambiance.
