We had our freshman year themed cosmic bowling night on a Saturday night. Everything was great, we had booked Kingpin Suite, ordered catering from Roll house. Mary was extremely professional through out the process. She answered all the questions I have had and during our time at RollHouse we ended up ordering more food and she was super helpful! King pin suite is great with 9 lanes, couches near by the lanes and tables/chairs for food. We had approximately 45-46 attendees and suite was way to go. Shoes are included with hourly rent of the suite. Mac n cheese balls were the highlight of the night, pizza & fries & wings were also delightful! Beverages are extra, per person or by pitcher you can order.Everyone had a great time and we are already planning for next year at the same location! Thank you RollHouse for a fun night!!

We went and played 4 sets here, they have a large row of 30-40 lanes. I liked the fact that the score computers were intuitive, and easy to use. In the bar area they offer something called a beer bucket, 11 bucks for 5 bottles of domestics- not bad. They literally give you a bucket to carry around. You literally feel like an alcoholic the moment you pick it up, it's amazing. They had a large selection of shoes, and balls and it was extremely clean. I don't know much about bowling lanes but I had a great time, even though I lost!Bowling is just one of those things you take for granted, that we all need to do more of. I want to see if I can find any roller-rinks for nostalgia too. I think that'd be solid. Now if I can only convince my date to get on a pair of skates.

Management did reach out to me and offered me a gift card to try the place out again. It's been awhile so I don't remember. I was happy that they looked to rectify the situation, but my little brother and family went without me.

It appears they have 50 bowling lanes. Some really nice ones for families where you sit on couches. The food is regular bar food. The place seems kid friendly, and it appears they have enough lanes for leagues & fun.Karaoke contest every Saturday night to win $50. I really have a great time every time I visit.

I was visiting from out of town and went here to watch my brother Dale (Brown) practice for an upcoming tournament. Loved the size and cleanliness of the place. Nice large arcade area for kids to play (my sister said she was bringing the kids and grand kids back to play). Apparently Dale's favorite thing to have is the salad w/French dressing...and after having a taste of his and my sister and I ordering our own...it was very much worth it. :-) Kinda mad I can't get one when I want like they can...lol, but I will be back for another next year and to hopefully bowl a game or two. Also made it a plus was the PartyLite candle party that was going on. It was a great time at a nice location...enjoy and have fun! :-)

Can you give zero stars? Worst NYE bowling experience. The SO, another couple, and I came here last year and had a great time. Beverages and food order were placed within minutes of us getting our bowling shoes on. Bowling Alley pizza was delivered to our table, a champagne toast, and other various snacks. We were also given hats, noise makers -the typical NYE crap. This year. Different story. The place must be under new management or ownership or something. We found the same great deal, cosmic bowling. Ecstatic to have a couple of drinks, some food, a not crazy downtown NYE. We arrived here about 10 minutes before our lane reservation. Get to the assigned lane for maximum bowling time. We go to enter all of our goofy nicknames and that the screen to put our names is broken. When we went to the front desk and was told "Oh yeah, that lane is broken." We were switched to a different lane, all good, no sweat. Waited around for a server, nope (there was someone at our table last year before we all had the right sized shoes on). We find ask an employee walking by how we order and was told "oh, you need to go to the concession stand." The guys go there and spend 20 minutes in line to order a pizza. Told come back in a little bit, they go up 45 minutes later (11:45 at this point) to just not not get anything, there was no organization to the line or how pizzas were being handed out. Guys come back to the table for their NY's kisses. Pizza and cookieless, the ball drop had to be seen on a 32-inch TV with Pitbull 5 minutes before the out of time with the music (lonely country music, with the occasional top 40 song might I add) and champagne toastless (also apart if the package we ordered). The guys try one more time to get the food we paid for to be told "We are out of pepperoni." When they received a cold pizza we decided enough was enough. Management did give us a full refund after pestering. The whole event was just a waste of our time and I'm still sour about it.

Went there for a nice family bowling game (with young children). We were treated awfully the minute we walked in. The blonde woman at the desk was very rude and didn't want to be bothered. (Maybe she had a bad day, I don't know). Also the bathrooms were in terrible shape. Toilet paper on the floor and only the last stall was accessible. Once the hour we paid for cut off, mind you we spent $28 to bowl, the entire staff stared at us until we left. It was not closing time. I guess this isn't the place to have fun.

I bowl in a league there every week and from day one have been disappointed. The lanes are awful and damaged my ball either by taking a nick out of it or scratching it. The food sucks!! Everything taste the same- greasy! The women's bathroom is disgusting, it smells and the toilet paper holders don't have a cover over them so imagine when trying to get some paper the roll lands on the floor, gross! I have honestly never been to an establishment where every employee is unfriendly. From the second you walk in you are met by a women with a scowl on her face to the so called waitress looks pissed off all the time she has absolutely no idea what customer service is. Please save your money or go down the street to the other bowling place which is where I'll be next year.

Mary the event coordinator did an amazing job with our event. She was professional and made sure that all of our needs were taken care of. Our tables in our room stayed cleared, our bar tender was phenomenal and the atmosphere was awesome. Even when there were concerns they were addressed right away. I HIGHLY recommend having your next birthday party or family reunion event at this establishment. Oh and the food, WOW, the food was amazing!

Upon arrival, my party of 8 was not greeted at the desk by Shane, who is a manager. He had an extremely rude tone and short temper. Everyone in our group noticed his attitude and felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. With a larger group of people, we took a minute to discuss how many games and lanes we should buy while Shane stood there, clearly bothered. Shane was not helpful and just kept asking what we were going to do. He not once said hello, thank you, or smiled. Shane had rude responses and almost made us want to leave. We were then assigned our lanes and they were trashed with food and drinks. A lovely woman named Espie cleaned up our lanes. She was very apologetic for the treatment we received and was very accommodating to us. Espie is a great lady and a hard worker. She is the reason we will be coming back!
