I scheduled a birthday party and needless to say there was one issue after another. Manager quit so they couldn't find my deposit or have additional documentation showing my adult lanes that I ordered. They didn't have a copy of my signed contract or my deposit.. so I had to open a dispute with my credit card company.. lanes were supposed to open promptly at 3.. didn't begin until 330. Refills on small cups are not included normally but the young lady gave up some for the kids...pizza did t come out until after 4.. I had to ask for drinks for 10 kids who was crying they were thirsty..The staff in the front was nice just young and clueless.. but they did try to help.. it was just a lot of back and forth with excuses.The kitchen staff was beyond rude. I asked where the pizza were located on the menu and his response was it's on there. I asked him if he could show me and he responded it's there you have to read... next I asked for pricing and he responded it's there.. nope it's not.. it says 6-10.. he responds that's the size.. ok how much is it.. with a huge attitude 13.99 for a large cheese plus $2 per additional topping.. ok can I order one plus 5 drinks.. needless to say he charged me for 2 pizza and 5 drinks.. I don't have the patience to argue so I just go about my business..Bar tender didn't know how to make a Malibu and pineapple juice mixed drink and we were told to come back after 5 when the real bartender gets there..Definitely will not be returning for a birthday party or recommend anyone book at the moment. They clearly have staffing shortages and need to train staff to cover additional duties.

Lanes are fine. Customer service is non existent. Every person you talk to stares at you as if you have 3 heads and acts annoyed you're asking them to do their job. Won't remake incorrectly made food because that's "how it supposed to look" when a dessert is completely melted upon receiving it. Would not recommend if you enjoy being talked to like a human being. Bartender with blue hair was really nice though!

We met up with some friends for bowling on a Sunday afternoon. It was not crowded at all. They did a great job at spacing out groups to social distance. Masks were required when you were away from your lane. The staff were wearing masks and those that were serving food were wearing gloves. There was also someone that cleaned the bowling balls and area when we were finished. I ordered the soft pretzel and it was pretty tasty. It was very filling. Our friends ordered the charcuterie soft pretzel and they weren't very impressed. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for a while. We had a great time.

When the crowd for cosmic bowling is too much they put your name on a list and tell you how long they estimate it will take to get your lane together. They then take your car and charge you immediately.They should bill you after they call you over the PA in case their estimate is way longer than what they thought.The male bar staff is rude. Nothing personal it just seemed like he was filling in for someone and didn't want to be there or something.

You gotta come here on cosmic bowling nights! It's so much more fun. And they also do discounts for healthcare workers (we came here on Cosmic night so I don't know if they do discounts on regular hours as well)Good service in general

I haven't been to this place since I was at least 7 years old. My coworkers and I decided to stop in last night since we had a free pass. There are a ton of lanes so it doesn't feel crowded and a lot of things to do here besides just bowling. They have pool tables, a bar, arcade games and food! Mondays at 10:30pm is service industry night and that's when it's really fun! The screens come down, the lights turn off and the music starts! The place itself is great and I can't wait to make this a regular thing. The only thing that could improve is the customer service. The lady that checked us in and the lady at the food counter were so uninterested in talking to us I felt like we were bothering them by needing things. But the DJ and one of the bartenders were so nice and cool that they made up for them!

Customer service is GARBAGE. They all just stare at you when you need assistance or they have to do their jobs. They make you feel like a nuisance for being there. Tried to serve us raw food then wouldn't refund us or remake it. This place sucks.Also lied about cosmic bowling? Took our money then told us they weren't even doing it lol

Worst bartendering service I have ever ever ever experienced I've never been ignored not even eye contact. 0 out of 10 experienced

I don't think they have the menu thats on the website at this location. I called and they said they had "snack bar food"

Used to like this place but the prices are outrageous now, we might as well be downtown. Bar is empty after our league now, everyone goes somewhere else.
