Pepperoni was only on half of my pizza. It was burnt and hardly any sauce. I tried calling to complain and they won't answer the phone. This place used to be good. Will never be back.

Best Pizza in Akron ! Roccos has the best pizza in n town! I also love their Spaghetti & meatball dinners. The garlic bread is so fresh , Salads are Fresh . I truly Love their Ranch dressing it is the Best Ranch ever ! I like the atmosphere of the Dining room although I usually order carry out. This would be a great place for Birthday parties or a Date night.

This place has great pizzas and wings, the Jamaican jerk dip is to DIE for, and the deep fried mushrooms are my favorite. Im not shure if alot of people know but you can request alfredo sauce on your pizza instead of marinara, and trust me you will want another slice. Overall great experience and also a great dining hall for family and friends to experience.

Ordered pizza a few days ago. Worst pizza ever. Still have sum in fridge. Called manager he said he would give me a discount on next pizza. He offered 10% off. I said are you serious. Always had good food from there. Never order from there again.

Used to spend over $100 a month here and tip very good. Never again. I had an employee charge my card twice for $79 when my order was only $52. When I asked for my money back I was told I would have it the next day and when I asked to talk to management I was laughed at. I just got home from a major surgery not only did they take all of my money but I couldn't walk anywhere or do anything to get dinner for my children. And again I was laughed at. My husband called a couple days later because the money was not put back on the card. The owner said that it will be put back on the card the next day??? We got the money back about a month later. We did ask for a pizza since they screwed us and we had no money and the owner said that he had to make money too!!! I can't believe how they treat people especially the people that keep their business running

My mother just ordered from Roccos yesterday, East Ave location. She ordered a box of chicken and was told she was getting 4 breast. When she received her order she told them she did not want the box anymore because they replaced all of the breasts with wings, and she does not eat wings. They lied to her and said "we told you there were no wings left" and they would not correct her order.They should have called and told her that there were no breasts left, instead they lied and were sneaky about the items they gave her. This is unacceptable, especially because my mother is physically disabled and unfortunately had to drive out there to experience this unpleasant and unprofessional business.

They used to have the best pizza, salads, ect..so I ordered often. I haven't ordered in a while now because the quality was way down with everything. Decided I'd try again tonight..disappointing. They seem to always have new employees, and they apparently do not train them properly. This is unacceptable. The prices went up, (understandable), but, I expect quality food.

Exceedingly inconsistent product. Atrocious customer service. If your order isn't correct, no one there can do anything about it (but they're more than happy to give you attitude about it) because they say you can only speak to the manager and he's NEVER there at the time you call OR when they tell you he'll be in. I lied- they're consistent about one thing... disappointing customers.
